'Clean room comfortable bed. Tea coffee and biscuits provided and bottled water by bedside. Didn’t eat at hotel as out and didn’t book Breakfast as only staying one night. Pleasantly surprised and can see hotel has been refurbished. Would stay again if needed room in that area. More information could be provided on parking and where to access barrier before arrival That would help'

'It was a pity that the property that was described as at Welshpool. it was not and there was no bus service. The cost of a taxi was prohibitive. The Hotel in Welshpool refused my debit card by processing it incorrectly. I spent the night in a shed of an abandoned house. Enjoyed the breakfast at the Greggs in Welshpool the next morning.'

'Location was excellent, free parking onsite and the town is lovely to walk around. Food at the pub was good and the owner was lovely and really helpful. Breakfast was good as well and we could take our dog. The room itself was a little run down but clean and perfectly adequate. The only negative were that the walls are very thin between rooms. We unfortunately had a family staying next door with a screaming baby and we could hear everything, which kept us up until after midnight. Other than...

'No one in shop or office to report issues to, I txt the owner on Friday morning & they didn’t even open it until after we left on Saturday morning. No bathroom lights working, no outside light by hot tub and no covering over it to protect from weather/trees, so it was not used. No heating for night time so the hut was really cold, it was a good job I took extra bedding. '
