'Hotel is beautiful and the superior room was stunning, the decor, the bathroom is luxurious and the hotel made us a little Congratulations chocolate platter and card for our recent wedding which was a lovely touch. There was only one problem which was the heated towel rail in bathroom was so hot I burnt my arm, I did inform reception as needs to be attended. The spa is so lovely too, I had an Indian head massage which was very relaxing. All staff were lovely although I would say I would choose...

'Staff could do with a little more training! History of the house could be better documented? Garden care could be better, just a little bit fluffy round the edges! Overall a wonderful house just needs a little bit more tlc. '
