'I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. '

'Finding the property in the dark was a challenge because there wasn’t good signage and we drove past it several times. The TV didn’t work even after they fixed it. The two bedroom option was nice in that we had separate rooms and bathrooms but they did t have TVs in Those rooms and with the living room television out that was disappointing. The doors aren’t insulated so anyone in the hall can be heard but ear plugs helped. Would probably stay here again if I came back.'

'Absolutely thrilled with my stay at The Archway. Spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. Tall ceilings, spacious open floor plan. Numerous amenities. Plenty of towels. Quiet, safe and comfortable. Location was great.. in a very convenient area in the heart of Fishtown. The water is filtered which was very nice as we didn’t need to buy bottled. Pet friendly..brought our Ragdoll cat. The management was excellent! They were easily accessible via text and responded quickly. Would 100 %...

'Jerry is a great host, communication was A. The house was very clean and the location is good, plenty to do within a short drive. Check in was a breeze and parking doesn’t get any easier than this house. Port friendly was a huge plus for us. Definitely would recommend.'

'This property was exactly as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. A great location in a beautiful neighborhood directly across from the train station that takes you into Philadelphia.
The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The host was communicative and very responsive when I had a question. We were very satisfied and I would definitely recommend this property to others.'
