Golden Sands - Green Key Apartments and Spa

We are located in one of the oldest villages in the Roero, far from mass tourism. Four apartments with a view of the private castle of the Counts Roero (300 mt) await you with green stay. Our GREEN KEY international environmental certification n.IT0084 -GK09011.
Breakfast will be waiting with excellent products from the best local artisans / suppliers.

"Golden Sands" (32 sq. m) for max 4 people. Our studio is at first floor.
- Equipped with a double bed. In this studio you can find also a bunk bed.
- Bathroom with shower cabin, bidet, hair-drier and courtesy set.

Hideaway kitchen:
-with dining table, touch control hob, coffee machine, microwave, fridge.
- 32" flat screen TV.
- kitchen equipped for cooking.

Linen: rented from a specialized company (included in the rate)
- bedding - sheets, blankets, double pillows
- kitchen linen - tablecloth and towels
- bathroom linen - towels and bathrobes

Apartment cleaning:
- after each stay or upon specific request.
- Present in the apartment cleaning and sanitizing products at your disposal.

You will have a private parking:
- in interior tiled garage
- outside in the courtyard closed by an automatic gate.
