De gezellige Africabin is een favoriet van de gast! Rijkelijk versierd met Afrikaanse inrichting. Geschikt voor maximaal 8 in bedden met inbegrip van de hoogslapers.
Gelegen op een prachtige locatie op een hoogte van 7 200 meter - omringd door bomen in het bos aan de voet van de Abajo-bergen, is deze hut de ideale plek om te ontsnappen - terwijl het centraal blijft tussen meer dan een dozijn nationale parken en monumenten, daar is parkeren voor al uw voertuigen, trailers en speelgoed!
Met een ruime hoogste niveau met Master Suite met een volledige 3 kamer badkamer met douche. Heeft ook een volledig uitgeruste keuken, een eettafel, een zachte bank en een love seat. De loft op de bovenste verdieping beschikt over twee queensize bedden en een tweepersoonsbed. Op het hoogste niveau is er een familiekamer met een groot tv-scherm en surround sound! En vergeet niet de extra loft w / tapijt en extra pads voor de kids! HDTV met dvd-speler, wi-fi en alle linnengoed zijn aanwezig.
Buiten vindt u een mooi ontbijthoekje met uitzicht op de kloof en het bos, een groot kampvuurkampeerterrein, een overdekt terras, een picknicktafel en een barbecue.
Geniet 's morgens en' s avonds van wandelingen tussen de herten en dieren in het wild op meer dan 3 mijl privépaden.
Onze prijzen zijn gebaseerd op een bezetting van twee personen, met een kleine toeslag per persoon voor extra gasten. Dit zorgt ervoor dat iedereen het zich kan veroorloven om hier te blijven, en kleinere groepen betalen niet de volledige vastgoedkosten.

Great cabin, Great location

Great one night stop for our family of five! Clean and comfortable, kitchen well equipped, comfortable beds. Kept us warm as the temps dipped into the 20s and several inches of snow fell overnight. Great location! We stayed in Moab most of our trip, but this cabin about an hour south allowed us to make a day trip to Monument Valley, Goosenecks SP, and the Needles district of Canyonlands without having to drive all the way down and back in the same day. Definitely recommend!

Nice Place

The cabin was clean and comfortable with nice amenities. We especially enjoyed the hanging chair in the loft, the labeled and well-stocked kitchen cabinets and drawers, and the fire pit. There were a few hitches which the staff fixed promptly, but you have to leave messages on an answering machine after 5 pm, or text, and you don't know when that will be answered. Feels like dealing with a business, not quite like a vrbo host. We were without water for about 4 hrs our first day. The water is trucked in and there had been recent repairs to our cabin's water system which might have caused the problem. The staff got right on it, but can't get water trucked in immediately. Next issue was that there wasn't any gas in the grill tank which we discovered just before cooking dinner. A friendly neighbor let us use theirs. I left messages for the owners and later that evening they came by with fresh tanks. Finally, two of the burners on the otherwise very new-looking gas stove wouldn't light consistently toward the end of our stay. Not a big deal for us.The location could be ideal if you are planning to do some activities in Canyonlands and some south of Blanding. It feels very private and serene, and it's about a 15-minute drive for groceries, restaurants, etc.

Great experience at Canyonlands lodging

The location of the cabin was very beautiful. There wasn’t any issues finding the location and checking was easy. The long view cabin has a great view and the actual property was perfect. Had a great time with my family roasting marshmallows on the fire pit and looking at the canyon from the porch. Would definitely go back again.

Great rustic cabin with everything you need

This cabin was perfect for our trip with extended family out to see the annular eclipse. The four adults took the bedrooms downstairs and the kids had an absolute blast in the three beds in the loft. The decor was beautiful, with many little details that you don't usually see in vacation rentals. The bathroom setup is great, as the toilet and shower are separated so more than one person can use the bathroom at a time (this was helpful when several people needed to get ready in the morning). The playground and treehouse outside were a huge hit with our kids, and the area is absolutely spectacular. We enjoyed walking the perimeter loop, especially with the crisp fall air. Overall we were really happy with this cabin and would love to come back someday!

Just What I Needed

This place did not disappoint! I was needing a break from life and to disconnect from work and kids etc.. The “Africabin” was exactly what I needed to recenter and connect with nature. I recommend this place to anyone looking to do the same. It was clean, updated, easy to find and the location is gorgeous.

We spent a fabulous weekend in the Africabin. It is far enough away from Moab to be nice and quiet and close enough to visit Bluff, Blanding, and Moab as well. Very comfortable and owners were super helpful. Highly recommend!

Great cabin

We had a great time at the Africabin! Location was beautiful with great views and the cabin was well appointed with everything needed. We were lucky to be able to use the fire pit and had a great time with family for a few short days. Definitely plan to rent this cabin in the future.

Best VRBO in southeast utah

Wonderful wilderness retreat

This beautiful cabin nestled in nature is a wonderful quiet retreat. Large rooms with an African theme great kitchen, dining and sitting spaces and a whimsical watering can as a shower rose - a throw back to one bucket showers in the bush. Great launch pad to explore the area.

"Upgrade" that was not an upgrade

I had rented the African cabin, but the pipes froze, so the owner told us he was "upgrading" us to a better cabin. It was inferior in every way, less space in every room, no washer or dryer (which is one of the reasons why we chose the african cabin in the first place), no balcony, etc. Also the cabin we were moved to had a loft that was meant for short kids, not the full grown adults we had. I texted Jerry expressing that I felt lied to and he never texted me back, even after 4 days. We had to go into town and use more money to do our laundry and our adults were banging their heads on the super low-ceilinged loft. The location is great and if I had chosen the cabin we were given I would have been happy, but Jerry decieved us and never replied to our communications regarding this problem. I would not come back.

Well we were supposed to stay at the Africa cabin but the pipes were frozen so the management moved us to another cabin quickly and professionally it was a great experience.
