The Mystic Lake House has so much to offer, including a beautiful partial lake view, boat ramp access, fabulous wrap around deck, plenty of parking on all levels, 5 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and finished walkout basement.

The first floor includes two bedrooms (both with queen beds), a full bathroom and a half bathroom. A spacious family room, newly renovated kitchen, beautiful wood floors and ceilings, stone gas fireplace. There is surround sound throughout the inside and outside. Wrap around deck with large entertaining area complete with outdoor TV and gas grill.

The second floor offers a master bedroom (queen bed), with large full bath.

The basement is a fantastic area for kids to play and stay. Basement can accommodate a max of 9 people if needed, 3 twin beds, 1 full bed, a queen size air mattress, and a full size futon. Kids will remain entertained with foosball table and other complementary games. This large recreation area is complete with a mini kitchen including, a full-size fridge, microwave, sink and high top table.

The boat ramp is just a short walk across the street. Less than 15 minutes away from both, Conley Bottom Marina and Burnside Marina, where there is dining and fun. Somerset is also just 15 minutes away, offering dining and shopping.

The Mystic Lake House provides a washer and dryer, gas grill, fire pit, baby crib, pack n play, high chair, bouncer, fully equipped kitchen (coffee pot not keurig), linens, extra blankets, bath towels, extra beach towels and assortment of extra toiletries for guest to use during their stay.

BOAT PARKING - Please use gravel driveway for boat parking. Blacktop driveways can be used for additional car parking.

Hot tub is not included in rental.

A little slice of lake paradise

The spacious six bedroom house sits on a huge lot with a wrap around porch as a bonus. The lake and boat ramp is conveniently located across the street. We had wonderful weekend and hope to return next summer.

Always a pleasure to stay here!

The house as always was very clean and had everything we needed. The weather was terrible with all the rain and flooding but we were there for a funeral in Feb so that can be expected. We were able to have a group of family members over and there is always enough space for a crowd. My family had enough sleeping room for nine people. I missed seeing the cows but with all the rain, they stayed hidden. Thanks, for being a great host and stocking the house so well. Hope to see you again this summer.

Amazing home

We love staying in this house. It is so roomy and in such a peaceful, serene sitting. They have everything you could need. I have honestly never seen such a well stocked place. They had a crib and high chair for my 1 year old granddaughter, plus baby diapers and toys. It was certainly well thought out. We like to visit with my family that live in Ky and this is the place to do it. The huge wrap around deck is perfect for socializing with my family..The open kitchen/ dining/living area is perfect for sharing meals.We stay at a lot of places and this is my favorite. I wish I had a week to stay. Drink my coffee and relax on the deck while I watch the cows in the pasture. Such a peaceful place to connect with nature with the lake a short walk away.

Everything was great. Close proximity to neighborhood boat ramp was a plus. Ample space for parking 2 boats. The home was nicely decorated and updated. Only downside from the group was that beds need to be upgraded.

Great House, Convenient Location!

What a great home! It had everything and anything we needed! Lots of upgrades in the home. The boat ramp was perfect for the ins and outs of the lake in the same day with the grands. The grandkids loved the wrap around deck and seeing the cows (that were literally in the back yard). Becky was a wonderful host and replied back to me immediately on any questions we had before we came. Coming back for another long weekend in a couple of weeks with adults. Looking forward to a bit more of a relaxing trip!
