NIEUW modern meerhuis + apt voor 15 w / HOT TUB

GLOEDNIEUWE Lake House, op maat ontworpen voor het comfort van grote gezinnen en groepen op vakantie. Deze aanbieding bevat het hoofdgebouw PLUS een appartement met een bijgebouw dat geschikt is voor diegenen die bij de groep willen zijn, maar een aparte ruimte of extra privacy nodig hebben (grootouders, gezinnen met kleine kinderen).

-In totaal slaapt 15 in bedden. Hoofdgebouw biedt plaats aan 10 personen + het aangrenzende appartement is geschikt voor 5 personen.
-Brand nieuwe aangepaste huis biedt graniet, hardhouten vloeren, on demand onbeperkt warm water, centrale verwarming / AC, aangepaste verlichting.
-Professioneel ontworpen interieur biedt een esthetiek om de meest veeleisende gast tevreden te stellen. Er is ons verteld "deze plek is veel te leuk om een ​​huurwoning te zijn." Dat komt omdat het onze privéresidentie aan het meer is, geen goedkoop ingericht investeringshuis. Niets anders leuk genoeg voor uw smaak? We snappen het ... daarom hebben we deze plek gebouwd! Volledig gevuld, helemaal comfortabel, high-end alles. Je wilt niet weggaan. Er is niets in de buurt.
3. Heeft u een grote / diverse leeftijdsgroep met mensen waarmee u op vakantie wilt? We hebben u van iedereen, van baby tot oudere, bedekt. Baby's: we hebben een baby en kunnen alle baby- / kindveilige benodigdheden bieden die u nodig heeft. Kinderen en tieners: ze zijn soms moeilijk om te plezieren. Niet hier. Volwassenen: Ouderen: het huis ligt op een niveau, op de top van de heuvel.
4. Familie reunie? Kom je samen voor een hechte groep oude vrienden? Niets creëert herinneringen zoals een vakantie aan het meer. Breng je boot naar beneden, toast oude herinneringen op bij de vuurplaats en laat alle neven samen spelen in het pretpark, het strand en de beboste velden.
5. Heb je gewoon wat rust en stilte nodig? Purdue Graduation Stay

We rented The Piper House for a long weekend for a graduation from Purdue. The house was everything it displayed and more. Warm inviting and comfortable for a large family. Everything was very clean and well equipped for your stay. The best part of our stay was the owner!! Our trip had some unforeseen issues caused by mother nature and the owner was terrific in trying to help resolve the issues we encountered with grace and understand even though what we were experiencing was of no fault to the property or themselves. We will rent this house again if we are in the area for an extended period.

Beyond Exceptional

From the moment I booked I received nothing but exceptional service from Heidi! Once we arrived I noticed the small details. The noise machines in each room, which put the teenager and young children to sleep with ease, the extra blankets for the extra breeze on the cool nights down the never ended supply of hot water and pressure. That’s amazing considering 14 people needed to shower! If Disney World had an parallel universe, it would be this!

Lake-side and Amusement Park!!

This is our third time staying at this property and we already booked a weekend for next year. Heidi's house is great for 3 families, each with their own restroom and bedrooms to accommodate multiple kids. We swam in the lake, and hot tub - walked to the amusement park, it was great! The swing set is really for younger kids - so just keep that in mind, but it didn't matter to us because there was so many other things to do!

Very nice and well equipped with kitchen dishes And pots and pans,bedding,towels,soaps,lotion,everything one would need in the kitchen area. Boat rental right across from where we stayed,had a pontoon for several days,everyone enjoyed that. Firewood for the fire pit,we had somoras one night,kids liked that and the play area too. There werec12 of us and plenty of room,two screened in porches and the Hugh hot tub were a big hit.

Perfect weekend with family!

The Piper house was absolutely wonderful! Everything is as pictured. The location is perfect for walking to and from the Indiana Beach Amusement Park. Communication was excellent with very thorough instructions and prompt responses. No issues whatsoever. We are already booked for next year!

Very nice house but not the location

First of all I want to say that the owner was excellent in communicating everything. There were amenities broken and she had them replaced immediately which was very nice. The house itself is very nice - but I would not say it is NEW anymore - like a broken towel bar in the bathroom and sinks that don't drain and worn furniture. But it is a nice house. I did not care for the location. With the pictures of the backyard I thought this was in a wooded area - but it is not. It is next to a lot of single campground type cabins that are in the process of being renovated/built and an empty lot where it looks like something burned down but was left. The area might be going through some changes but it appears to be mostly owned by someone building campground type cabins. It is a short walk to the park but it is the back entrance you are entering.

Annual Family Trip

This is our third year at Piper House and our family loves staying here. It’s located across from the boat rental, so super easy to get a day of boating in. The house is laid out perfectly for our kids and their families. Having two kitchens, laundry on-site and one large dining space is essential for our growing family. The owners are responsive and have been fantastic to work with before, during and after our stay. We are booked for next year, and we look forward to being back at Piper House! 😊

We had 4 families stay in the house. Each couple got their own room, and the kids shared the two bunk rooms. The separation between the two spaces was perfect for letting the little ones nap throughout the day! Great outdoor spaces too!

Beautiful home and great experience!

We had a great stay at the Piper House! We loved that the owner Heidi had great communication with us...everything was there that we could possibly need at the house. Plenty of garbage bags, dish soap, blankets, pillows, toys in the shed, rafts. You name it-the house had it. It also helped that everything was labeled for easy access. There was laundry detergent in the laundry room so you could wash and dry a load without having to worry about running out to get laundry supplies. The house was BEAUTIFUL, super clean, and the layout was great and very accommodating with more than one family in the house. The view of the lake was perfect, and the kids entertained themselves for hours on the playground in the backyard. The stairs down to the lake were blocked off which was nice for the younger kids. The driveway was nice and long so the kids used scooters and there was a gate at the end of it which was also nice safety wise from a parent perspective. The home was in a perfect location within close walking distance to Indiana Beach Amusement Park which was a huge plus as well. There was only one con and it had nothing to do with the home or the owner. The water by the pier was green and murky with an algae looking appearance. It may have just been the time of the year but we envisioned swimming by the pier or laying on the rafts but were not able to do so until we rented a boat and drove further out. All in all, 5 star review. Perfect place!

Amazing lake weekend with friends

This is absolutely the best VRBO house I’ve ever stayed in! I am one of a group of 8 college friends who vacation together every summer along with our kids, but this being the 10th year of vacationing together, we decided to do a trip without the kids and this was the perfect spot for our group. We took advantage of all the incredible amenities at this place—hot tub, fire pit, boat dock (easily rented a pontoon for a day from the boat rental place directly across from the property), screened-in porches, gas grill, floats and pool noodles for swimming, even nice robes for lazy mornings spent reading, drinking coffee, and playing board games. The kitchen was well-stocked with all of the appliances we needed to cook our meals at the house. Heidi is a very attentive host and the house has so many little things to make it more comfortable, such as sound machines in the bedrooms and dimmers on almost all of the light switches. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while enjoying the lake and time together with friends… now we just have to bring the kids back to enjoy it with us!

Ultimate Family Vacay

This is the perfect location for a large family. We had a large group with ages ranging from 11 months to 68 years old. This house had something for everyone. It was fully stocked with everything you would need to feel at home. Heidi made it very easy for a family to travel. She definitely took time to make sure her guests are well taken care of. The home had beautiful comfortable furniture and beds. There were high chairs and pack n play for our baby. The shed was fully stocked of items to take out on the lake. The swing set entertained the children for hours. There is a boat rental directly across from the dock and a 3 min walk to the Indiana Beach amusement park. Heidi also had great restaurant recommendations along with activities nearby. We visited the Crooked Creek horse farm and went horse back riding and had a wonderful time. Our kids also loved being able to fish straight from the dock. We caught lots of bluegill, minoes and a couple baby turtles with our nets. We truly had a wonderful stay. Heidi is an amazing host, the house was very clean and we would 100% come back!

Perfect Lake Home for Large Group

The property itself is in very good condition with high-end finishes. There was 15 of us, 8 adults and 7 kids, and everyone had a bed to sleep in. The kitchen(s) had all the pots/pans/utensils that we needed. The hot tub was large and in excellent condition. The house is on Lake Shaffer. The kids had a good time jumping off the dock and swimming. Boat rental place is just across the bridge which made it very easy to rent a boat for the day. Indiana Beach Amusement Park is walkable and kids enjoyed the day there. No complaints whatsoever with the property. 5 star VRBO.

Wish we could have stayed longer!!

This home had every need thought of. It's layout is so nice for 3 separate families to stay comfortable. It's like there were 3 separate 'wings' for each family. It's great for small children because of the swing play area. It's on a hill away from the lake - which is kinda nice to not worry about them getting into the lake unattended. We rented a boat (pontoon) 1 day for 3 hours. We ALL enjoyed riding around the lake (and the views of the amusement park on the lake were awesome) and stopped a couple places to jump out and swim. So much FUN. The boat rental is right across the bay and was so easy to pull up to the dock and load it up for our day trip. Swimming by the house dock was really nice!! So relaxing. It's not a beach you can walk into though, have to enter from the end of the dock. But, with floaties the little ones were able to swim out into the lake with the rest of us. It is a 5 min walk to the amusement park! We had 2 wonderful fun-packed days at the park! Was so nice to walk home for lunch and rest the little ones and then go back and stay into the evening. Heidi was always available for questions and made sure we were comfortable. Want to go back!!!!
