Dit schattige, met wijnranken begroeide huisje in Monticello, UT, is de perfecte plek om uit te rusten na een lange dag sightseeing. Kom tot rust op het voordek en geniet van de geur van Wisteria-bloemen tijdens de late lente- en zomermaanden. Of ga over de achtertuin om een barbecue te kijken naar de ondergaande zon.

Geniet van het onlangs gerenoveerde huis, compleet met nieuwe hardhouten vloeren in de keuken en alle voorzieningen die een cheif nodig heeft. Geschikt voor maximaal 6 personen. Er zijn twee slaapkamers met elk een nieuw queensize bed naast de slaapbank in de woonkamer. Alle voorzien linnengoed. Er is een volledig vernieuwde badkamer, compleet met benodigdheden. Al uw behoeften zijn hier met WIFI, TV, DVD Play en meer. Blijf bij ons en geniet van je tijd in Zuidoost-Utah.

Terwijl u ontspant op het voordek in de hangmat ziet u zeker zoemende vogels samen met af en toe een hert. Rondom het pand zijn seizoensfruitbomen waar u tijdens uw verblijf van kunt genieten; Appel, pruim, abrikoos, amandel, bramen en frambozen.

Christmas Stay

The house worked well for us since we were visiting family in the area. The house had all of the supplies that we needed for our stay to include cleaning items, tissue and paper towels, even a new shower curtain. We would definitely choose to stay in Wisteria Vine Cottage in the future. The only suggestion I have would be for microwavable dishes in the kitchen.

Loved basing in this sweet house to go into Moab, Blanding, etc. Very happy with the accommodations. Excellent having a full sized washer dryer and a grill. Very comfortable to relax on couch or porch.

Wonderful Stay in Monti

We were on a road trip on our way to Zion National Parc and decided to drive through Canyons Land. So we needed a place to stay. We ended up in Monticello in the Wisteria Vine Cottage and had a wonderful stay. It was clean, comfortable and we really enjoyed the porch in the evening. We were also amazed by the "travel catalogue" with tips for trips in the area. Never seen something so complete! So overall we had a GREAT stay. Sid & Yvette

Great little place

The house was great for our quick trip to Abajo mountains. Well appointed with a book about the area. Clean and comfortable. Love the vines over front deck. Owners were flexible, very responsive and very kind. Would stay here again when back in town!!

Exploring Canyonlands

We enjoyed our stay @ Wisteria Cottage very much. The place is welcoming, spacious, well-equipped, and in a quiet residential area. The location is perfect for exploring the Canyonlands, Monument Valley, Arches NP, and other close-by natural attractions. We loved the place and would definitely come again if possible.

Hiking hub...

What a great place to use as a hub for hiking in the SE Utah area. This home is the central pivot point to Arches NP, Needles section of Capital Reef NP, Mesa Verde NP, Canyon of the Ancients NM and Natural Bridges NM, along with many BLM backcountry trails as well. The home is easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood, with ample parking right outside. Our family loved the set-up, with a nicely stocked kitchen, with all the basic needs to make great home meals. The bathroom was stocked well with soap, shampoo, lots of towels and good lighting. There is also a nice washer-dryer unit to use if necessary. The owners were easy to contact when needed and by reading the house log, they are very well respected. The local grocery, Blue Mountain Foods, has everything you'll need for food and beverage choices, along with several good eating establishments in Monticello. Overall, this is a great jumping off spot for the area hiking trails and we would have no problems staying here again....

Wisteria Cottage

Quaint cottage with beautiful wisteria vine trellis on the front porch. There is a lot of space in the house and dishes with a few pans for cooking if you choose. The coffee pot is for brewing 12 cups and you need to bring any sugar or creamer. There is a grocery nearby but note it’s closed on Sunday as are most of the restaurants. Very nice stay here, would return!

Great location to Canyonlands Needles Section

This rental was clean and comfortable! It was the perfect place for the four of us to stay while visiting Canyonlands! The shower was great and it was nice to have laundry facilities. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

Wisteria cottage

A fabulous house . Everything needed was there . 2 great bedrooms, spotlessly clean. Great air conditioning. Lovely neighbourhood and very close to town,less them 10 minutes walking walking. We had nice meals in Peace tree and another very close to it. 30 minutes from Canyonlands and less than an hour from Arches. Owner lives close by to solve any problems and offer advice on area. The first three days were very cold in the house when the outdoor temperature was 30s. The owner did not have the instruction pamphlet nor had knowledge how to program the old thermostat. I tried to override the set temp, but it went back to set temp of 50s at the set period. When we got home from hikes, the house temp was 60 degrees.
