On the first floor of the owners’ home, you’ll have access to a private covered patio with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying sunny days. The enclosed garden is shared by the rental and the owners. Upon arrival, you’ll need to walk around the owners’ house and follow the Japanese-style stepping stones through the garden to reach the rental. Located 700 meters from the center of Montivilliers, you’ll appreciate the town’s architectural heritage, including its “hallettes” (small wooden shops dating from the 19th century), the Abbey Church, and the Abbey, which is classified as a historic monument. Parking spaces are located near the house, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Many tourist attractions are nearby: Le Havre, Étretat, St. Jouin-Bruneval Beach, and the Montivilliers Abbey Church. All on one level: - Living area with an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, combination oven/microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker...) opening onto the living/dining area with a sofa, dining table, and sleeping area with a 140x190 cm bed, - Bathroom with shower and toilet.
