'The furniture & carpet have definitely hosted many travelers but it was still very clean. The woman who checked us in & who i believe was tending to the breakfast were extremely kind & hospitable. The breakfast was different & new from other hotel breakfasts & i loved it. We enjoyed making the waffles & adding tummy toppings. We wished it were warmer to utilize the outside sitting & grilling area.'

'Check in staff was rude , not helpful and breakfast lady was so rude . She lacked cleanliness. Was using bare hands to push garbage down and then would pick and clean things without cleaning washing hands . Was only putting couple bagels at a time . Not helpful at all '

'A decent hotel for the price. I’ve stayed at many Hyatts and this one did not specifically live up to the standard of those ones. The hotel itself is not clean. I assume when the rooms are cleaned the floor is vacuumed so why not continue into the hallway. The first floor was very dirty as well due to the traffic, a quick sweep once an hour or so would be a huge plus. My room was not cleaned during our two night stay, not a big deal but our trash was full and we needed our towels replenished....

'We stayed at this property for one night and reserved two rooms. Unfortunately, one of the rooms we were given had not been cleaned at all. There were no pillowcases on the bed, the pillows were left on the floor, and the curtains were wide open as if the room had just been vacated. There was trash still in the trash can, and the bathroom had clearly been used multiple times and not serviced. To make matters worse, we were told at check-in that a bagged breakfast would be provided the next...
