'Spotlessly clean and appears new. I would stay here again. It's on the second floor of a standalone garage. Both bedrooms have luggage racks, closets, coat hangers, and ceiling fans. Kitchen is basic, but it worked for simple meals.'

'The hosts for Big Bear were a pleasure to work with! The home is wonderful with a lot of rooms and sleeping areas. We loved that the family room and large dining table area were together. The home is warm and welcoming and the hosts have the home stocked with everything that you could possibly need. We had a wonderful time!'

'Super clean, comfy bed, kitchen had all we needed for simple meals. The location is actually good because really everything is walking distance in this little town. Gave 4 stars on location just because being up on a hill, it catches the lights from town and the highway so you don’t get the “dark sky” experience. But I’d stay again. Overall super comfortable little place. '

'Dark Canyon was indeed a great off grid experience. The 360-degree views around the cabin with no other humans around offered something not found very often. Sitting on the deck at sunset while enjoying a glass of whiskey and looking at the Bears Ears was truly a western experience. The sunrises make you want to get up early just to experience the beauty. It makes you understand the use of pink and turquoise in the Native American art of this region. The wildlife around the cabin was...

'The place was not very clean. But that said we had a lovely stay. All you need was there, even a nice welcoming box with goodies. And a perfect location for canyon land hikes.'

'We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is charming. We experienced very good communication from the property owner. The location was a convenient launching point for our daily adventures at Canyonlands and are state parks. (Don't skip Dead Horse Point State Park. Amazing place.) A few more clothes hangers in closets would be nice, and a few more spices for food preparation. We added some for future visitors. All in all, we can recommend this rent with enthusiasm.'
