'Goede ontvangst en ligging als je van Fishguard Harbour komt. De privébadkamer was op de gang en had enkel een bad, een douche had iets praktischer geweest want ik denk dat ze vooral gasten op doorreis krijgen.'

'I booked a single room which was ok. A little tired but obviously, the main rooms with a view possibly being sorted first. The other rooms left early in the morning and left the doors slam which kept me awake from the early hours. Door fixings need to b more gentle when they close. I did ring down to reception but failed to get an answer as I was having trouble with the tv remote. Unable to get the volume increased. I’m sure, in time, all the rooms will b renovated.'

'Great place for a short stay or longer. Super quaint center of town hotel, close to shopping, great cozy vibe, friendly staff and the breakfast included was great. Convenient parking behind hotel. '

'Lovely comfortable room, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Friendly helpful staff, excellent value for money.'

'Our stay at Y Cartws was lovely and relaxing, very cosy cottage. Was amazing to walk the ground and interact with the goats and horses. The nearby river was very relaxing to listen to, especially in the hot tub at night. Hot tub is at a set temperature which cannot be adjusted. Amenities were great, kitchen is well stocked with utensils and had delicious home made brownies waiting for us. Property was mostly clean but there was some negatives, bathroom was either mouldy or mould stained....

'I cannot fault the staff at this hotel. As a nonogenarian I was treated with the utmost courtesy and help. I, unfortunately, suffered what might euphemistically be called a medical incident shortly after arrival. Some of the staff were with me at the time and Alysha immediately called for an ambulance. I shall always be grateful for the kindness '

'An excellent hideaway place as advertised, also has a cottage for hire or glamping with a local well stocked shop. Ideal location for all the beaches and attractions. The morning breakfast was superb, a mix of cereals, fruit, continental style, as well as the full welsh cooked. The room was everyone you could as for, cosy, relaxing with a lovely en-suite. I would highly recommend this hotel, though I do want to revisit, so ignore this report. Seriously a wonderful stay, and will be back. '
