Casa di Nino is a beautiful and characteristic vacation home overlooking the sea, in the countryside between Morciano di Leuca and Torre Vado, in an ancient "pajara" restored to splendor.
The vacation home offers 4 beds. In the large fenced garden there are parking space, outdoor shower, brick barbecue.
Present accessories such as air conditioning, internet wi-fi, washing machine, electric oven, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board. Pets are allowed.

Casa di Nino is a vacation home that incorporates a beautiful old "pajara" and puts it in harmony with the most recent construction, all made with exposed stone in harmony with the surrounding countryside.
The vacation house of about 80 square meters stands in a property of about 1300 square meters. The panoramic view of the sea is breathtaking.
A furnished veranda allows you to lunch, dine and relax outdoors, also preparing tasty grills at the brick barbecue.
The interiors of develop on two levels: on the ground floor are the living room, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom. On the upper floor are the second double bedroom and a small terrace.

Casa di Nino is located in the countryside that connects Morciano di Leuca to Torre Vado, in a residential and scenic area that allows you to reach the sea in about 5 km.
All the main services can be reached by car in a few minutes. About 1,500 meters from the house, there is a go-kart track.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning pnly in the bedroom on the first floor.
- For safety reasons, it is forbidden to access the main terrace from the terrace of the room on the first floor.
- The staircase to access the first floor is a bit steep.
