'From easy parking, ease of checkin, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed. Hot drink making facilities and a nice addition of water in the mini fridge, access to a dining area downstairs with microwave, hot drink facilities and a toaster was all you needed. The price reflects the absence of breakfast supplied and to be honest, we preferred this option. Great value for money. We will be back! '

View rooms face the water, but also a busy road so some may find the noise unpleasant with the windows open. I opted for a standard room and it faced a quiet area.
