"OLD SALT" heeft 4 slaapkamers (vier koninginnen, een volledige en een tweeling); 2 1/2 baden (master heeft een inloopdouche en jacuzzi), woonkamer met twee banken met 4 ligstoelen, een volledig ingerichte keuken, wasmachine en droger, overdekte veranda met zweefvliegtuig / stoelen, open balkon off van boven master . Home heeft high speed internet, kabelzicht met alle kanalen in de woonkamer beneden en Netflix in elke slaapkamer).

Home beschikt over volledige warme en koude afgesloten buitendouche, gas grill en mais-gat planken. Ons huis is geschikt voor vijf full-size voertuigen (inclusief SUV's). Geniet van een keer parkeren en wandelen naar het strand, restaurants, THE CIRCLE, winkelgebieden en beach side volleybal.

Home ligt ook op korte afstand van een kinderpark met een waterspattengebied, een skateboardenpark en een minigolfbaan.
Het aquarium, visdokken en Fort Macon State Park liggen op slechts een korte rijafstand. Morehead City ligt net over de brug - thuis voor veel eetgelegenheden, dokken en het nachtleven.

We had 9 people plenty of room to spread out. We could walk to the beach and a nice porch to sit on in the evening to talk. Alot to do close by as well,from an aquarium,putt-putt,and pier. Had a wonderful time.

Everything is exactly as listed. It is an older home but clean. Close enough to the beach for most age groups to walk. Close to shops and a few restaurants. Daphne is always easy to contact with questions. This is our third stay here and will be returning.

Property was clean, and location was great. Blinds were broken in downstairs bedroom which made it difficult to sleep in the mornings with direct sunlight. Several interior doors did not lock. Overall, our stay was good and we enjoyed our time.

The place met all our needs. It had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for the 3 adults and 1 child who stayed. The house was clean; the kitchen had enough supplies for making meals; and the house was very comfortable. The best part was that the house was 1.5 blocks to the beach!Our host did a great job of communicating with us and provided a detailed list of places to visit and to eat. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Perfect beach house for family fishing trip

Owner was an excellent communicator and gave awesome recommendations of restaurant, activities, and even the local beach wheelchair program because one family member has mobility issues. House was so beachy cute and clean and comfortable, and was wheelchair accessible. Main floor bedrooms and bathroom plus the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. It was great that everyone was under the same roof with enough space for all to have private bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Even a small basket with commonly used toiletry items (much needed by a couple in the group!). Comfortable front porch including a glider and rocking chairs. Easy access to beach. Awesome outdoor shower to keep sand out of house. Close to everything and also very quiet. Absolutely perfect spot. Hope to make this our annual rental. Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android

The Fishing Crew at Old Salt

This is a great place to stay. About a block walk to the beach,10 minute drive to marina & lots of local restaurants 10 to 20 minutes drive away. My crew & I really enjoy staying here. Owner is very accommodating, easy to get in touch with & quick to respond. I plan to continue coming back any time my deep-sea fishing or other plans take me to Atlantic beach.

What's not to like!

Our family enjoyed a 3-night stay and were blessed with great weather. We loved the space and used all 4 bedrooms - all comfy beds but the upstairs 2-bed room on the left had squeaky beds. The walk to the ocean was less than 5 minutes, and the public wooden ramp made the walk even easier!

The beach house is conveniently located—a 2-minute walk to the beach and a walkable distance to several restaurants, bars, and dessert places so you don’t have to pay for parking. Having onsite parking for three cars is convenient if you need to drive somewhere further. After going to the beach, you can use the outdoor shower and hose to rinse the sand off. The central AC keeps everyone cool on the hotter humid days. The host was very responsive leading up to our trip, which helped us prepare for our stay. Some important considerations: The stairs are steep/narrow and the upstairs area has a low ceiling.
