Villa Sands aan de oceaan

Het appartement beschikt over 3 slaapkamers op het 5e verdieping appartement met 2 liften met een prachtig uitzicht op het strand vanaf het balkon. Het appartement beschikt over een onlangs gerenoveerde volledig uitgeruste keuken met roestvrijstalen apparatuur. De grote slaapkamer is voorzien van een matras van schuimkoningin en heeft een onlangs gerenoveerde badkamer met een grote inloopdouche.
De tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en de derde slaapkamer is voorzien van een stapelbed. De tweede badkamer is volledig gerenoveerd en beschikt over een fantastisch bad so om te genieten.

Family Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and beautifully decorated. Plenty of storage for all our stuff as well! The view from the balcony was beautiful, even though the unit is not directly ocean front. Having a washer and dryer right there was definitely a plus. The surrounding area was quiet, which we loved. A beautiful, wide beach and I loved that the walkway to the sand had a mat which I assume was for guests who had a wheelchair. What a nice touch! The landscaping was lovely and gave a tropical feel. The master bedroom is bright very early in the morning but that didn't bother me since I am an early riser when at the beach anyway. This place truly has everything! We will definitely be back.

A wonderful getaway, great location, beautiful view, lovely accommodation, very clean and nicely decorated! The only weakness might be the mattresses on the twin beds - wouldn’t be a problem for kids but the adults found them somewhat uncomfortable.

CLEAN and well maintained. Best unit we’ve ever had in this complex. We especially loved the great appliances and the clothesline on the balcony. The owner was so helpful to provide a high chair for our toddler. Our family will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

A gem

The pictures online didn’t due this condo justice. The condo was spotless, comfortable, very well decorated & not over furnished like most we have rented in this complex in the years past. Absolutely everything you would want in a kitchen this one had. Beds were so comfy. Great water pressure too! We will diffidently rent this unit again. Thank you for a wonderful unit to call home for week.

Nice vacation

This was a nice place, and we enjoyed our stay. It ended up being pretty cold while we were there so the indoor heated pool and hot tub were great. Lots of fantastic restaurants near by. Outdoor patio was small, but beautiful view. Front bedroom was very bright in the morning. Overall great, functional condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Such a nice place! Clean and decorated nicely! Mike was so courteous and professional….reached out several times throughout our stay to make sure everything was running smoothly (including check in and check out). Wonderful location….just minutes from everything you may want to do! Would highly recommend this place! Kitchen was well furnished and apartment overall had very nice and thoughtful touches!!

Overall we were very happy with our stay. For late sleepers, it would be nice to have room darkening curtains in the Master Bedroom. The sun was very bright at 5:30 in the morning. The accommodations fit our family of 5 well.

My family and I stayed here for a week and it was perfect. The condo is on the 5th floor with great views and is close to the elevator. The unit was clean and comfortable. Location is great—on the beach and minutes from other things to see and do.

Perfect Stay!

This place was amazing and in the perfect place on Atlantic Beach. The ocean view from the 5th floor was remarkable. The checkin process and property owners were responsive, polite and helpful. The property was spacious and looked to he newly renovated. We had an awesome time and would recommend and love to come back!

Property with all the amenities

This was a nice, clean condo. The kitchen was well stocked and it was the perfect size for our group. Kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. We enjoyed the beach but didn’t go out as much as we might have otherwise because of the very long walk. Recommend a wagon or something to transport beach gear. Overall would recommend to someone looking for a clean, up to date condo at Atlantic Beach that is close to restaurants and attractions.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfy furniture and beds, great kitchen with all cooking supplies. Large pool and direct beach access. BRING YOUR OWN LINENS! We did not realize and had to go buy sheets and towels. Also nice to note that this a side unit, but you have direct view of the beach from the balcony, and you can also see the intracoastal waterway on the back side, this also allowed for plenty of shade on the balcony in the afternoon so it wasn’t too hot to enjoy even though it was the middle of summer for our stay.

Family vacation Atlantic Beach at Sands Villas

Our family enjoyed the week at the Sands Villas at Atlantic Beach. The condo was well equipped with all the amenities and very clean. We had beautiful views of the ocean from our top floor. Wide sandy beaches and dolphin watching

The unit is clean and spacious and had everything we needed. It is close to all the things my kids wanted to do. The wide sandy beach was a huge plus because you don’t feel overcrowded even if there is a lot of people there. We enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony too!
