'This is a beautiful property. Plenty of room to accommodate our eleven adults and one grandchild. The pool and hot tub got a lot of use through the week. Both were clean and well maintained. Deck space was plenty for our group to spread out. Great ocean view and nice, clean beach. The two kitchens was a nice plus (especially the two refrigerators- one for food, one for beverages. 'Comfortable beach house. My family loved the amount of space inside, the location to the beach was also a major bonus. My only downside was that all the beds, except 1, had plastic mattress covers, which made sleeping difficult. But for the price, the house is perfect. '

'Terrific location. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Easily accommodated 14 people. Enough kitchen utensils and cooking equipment to make large meals. There were sand toys for the kid, shibumi shaded 2, boogie boards and kites. The interior was beautiful , the beds comfortable, bathrooms clean.
