I didn't like the housekeeping. Had to go to the office everyday to get towels and other essentials. No elevator and the staff wasn't friendly at all. Will not stay there again.

At check-in, I was charged a three dollar per night fee. They didn’t know what the fee was for, but I was yet charged for it. I also was charged a deposit. Hopefully, I will see where I get that back on my credit card. The best thing about the free breakfast was the free coffee.

Actually a motel 8, 40 oz beer bottle on sidewalk in front of our door when we arrived. Breakfast was the sparcest I have seen, your choice of 2 cereals,. and coffee but no cream.

I chose this hotel because it is "pet friendly" and it is. The room was good, but the grounds almost zero grass. It is just concrete and parking areas. It looks like 2 pools were filled in, one covered with a raised parking area and the other had a little grass and some bushes but nothing really attractive for kids or animals. I will say the parking lot was lit like daylight. The rooms are updated and have large tv's. The staff was friendly as well. But they really need to work on the outside to make it at least attractive. Right now it gives the appearance of being run down even if the rooms themselves are not.

I went to use the bathroom in the room. The toilet seat had dry pee on it. Then after I used the toilet. It wouldn't flush. I called down to the office to tell them. They said they would get a maintenance person to fix it. No one ever came. There was dead bugs on the floor. Very disappointed.

I have a mixed review for this property. The room was clean and comfortable. However, there was no shampoo, no conditioner, no soap, and no bath towels in the room. Nor was there a plug for the tub. Breakfast was terrible. There was VERY little on offer ... some cereal, a few mini muffins and juice and coffee. There was no bread of any kind. That does not come close to even a continental breakfast. What deserves real praise was the desk person, Miguel, who was quick and efficient at providing us with all our missing items. Note to owner/ management .... I hope you know how lucky you are to have MIGUEL. The desk person in the morning was nothing like that.

For a low end hotel, I really liked this Baymont. It was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was light and you have to hit it early, but I had enough. My late sleeping companions did not. The cheese eggs were a nice surprise. Could have used some toast. I will stay here again when I drive through.

Won’t go back
The man who check me in was very polite, friendly and helpful. But when I went to check out in the am, I told the one who was there that you had to flush toilet several times before toilet paper would go down and after I took a shower there was dirt/mud on the tub. Even showed a pic. He didn’t care! Also, you offered a breakfast, I was told omelettes. It was cold cereal and bite size muffins.
Apparently, there’s unseen dirt until you add water and can make it mud

Pass on this one.
This place was rough. There's a huge lifted spot in the main parking area where it looks as if hundreds of cars have had their undersides collapsed by driving off of it. Second, there were ants in our room. Fortunately, we were just there to sleep. Lastly, I asked for an extra blanket for my elderly father and the attendant said "we don't have extra blankets. I'd have to take one from another room and I'm not doing that." what kind of hotel doesn't have extra blankets? Don't recommend and would not stay again.
