One of the hallmarks of this beautiful place? Country Roads offers views of the lake from every room. Nestled in the deep-water part of the lake, Country Roads is a private lake oasis. You'll love these views and love getting on the lake, too! There are plenty of ways for fun and excitement or peaceful retreat and quiet.

The name Country Roads came from the West Virginia University theme song, “Take Me Home Country Roads”. The owners both graduated from West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV, in 2003. They wanted to create a cabin where memories could be made throughout your time here.

As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the walls of windows allowing the beauty of Lake Blue Ridge to shine into each space. You'll find the continuous views of the lake throughout each room. The open family room with a lovely white washed fireplace and modern farmhouse décor invites you to unwind. The kitchen nearby is fully stocked and perfect for meals at the home when you're looking to stay in. There's even a wine refrigerator in which you can chill your regional finds. So, pull up a seat and dig in! Grill up your favorites on the built-in gas grill that can be found in the screened porch just off the kitchen.

At Country Roads, you'll find the pool table, complete with that fabulous lakefront view, as soon as you enter this breathtaking lake house. Venture downstairs to find the Pop-A-Shot indoor basketball game. Continue through the hallway corridor and up to the bunk room suite to find the shuffleboard table and dart board. With 6 large Smart TVs throughout, you'll have plenty of options for movies and sports entertainment.

The outdoor areas are built for memories and fun too. Choose one of the rear decks for fabulous lakefront dining. There are numerous seating areas to choose from. Take a dip in the lakeside hot tub. Play a game of cornhole on the grassy area adjacent to the lake. Soak in some sun from an Adirondack chair on the boat dock. For those who rent or bring their boat, there is an additional boat slip for parking. The possibilities are endless!

Owners of electric vehicles will be especially thrilled to know that you can charge up here at the Tesla EV charging station on site!
