'The room looked nice on arrival then noticed how dirty the curtains were, the floors and shower was filthy. The staff were nice and the view was spectacular. Definetely not worth the money!'

'The room was not clean, it had dirty & stained linen. Also, there was an issue with the usual cleaning of the room, I had requested my room to be cleaned at around 11.30 am, I went out of the hotel and got back at 5 pm and it was still not cleaned. When I asked, I was told that there were not enough staff. There was no shower gel in the room thoughtout the 2 nights I stayed, even after repeated requests/complaints. Had a bad experience overall.'

'The stay was equipped somewhat okay. We did miss two chairs inside our room. The pool was not very clean and some of the staffs were kind of passive and not very welcoming. Overall I would say the stay was okay but could do much better, given the other facilities available, including the adequate parking and the swimming pool.'

'The hotel receptionists ( 2 ladies) exceeded our expectation. On the first day, our room was swapped overlooking pool with exceptional room size and all room facilities. The shower room was large with hot water 24/7. The restaurant served great and tasty food. The waiters were all very helpful and saw to our every need at breakfast and dinner.
