Villa met privézwembad en jacuzzi

Deze luxe, ruime villa is toegankelijk via een rustige weg en ligt op slechts 100 meter afstand van de zee en het strand. Er is een parkeerplaats voor gasten op de privé oprit. Het lagere niveau van de villa biedt een hacienda met een grote open grill, perfect voor zomermiddagen. Onroerend goed is omgeven door zorgvuldig onderhouden tuin van 450 vierkante meter (4840 vierkante voet) met een prive zwembad en een terras met ligstoelen. Het bovenste niveau van de villa heeft twee slaapkamers, een grote slaapkamer en een andere kinderkamer, een woonkamer met uitzicht op de tuin en het zwembad en weelderige groene bergen, een keuken, een badkamer en een jacuzzi. De villa staat bekend als een toplocatie voor stellen en gezinnen die in privacy van hun vakantie willen genieten. Het interieur en exterieur van de villa zijn ontworpen volgens uitzonderlijke normen en creëren een warme, uitnodigende en comfortabele omgeving. De woning rondom de villa is echt ontspannend; 450m² tuin rondom het zwembad en het dek. Het pand is beveiligd achter poorten en heeft zijn eigen elektriciteit en watervoorziening.

Great time in a lovely home

Amazing spot. Very comfortable home with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Perfect to relax. Supermarket and restaurants at walking distance. Lilian was very kind and helping us with anything we needed. We had a great time.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, top Pool

Waren mit der Familie dort, tolle Wohnung, der Pool war für die Kinder ein highlight! Super freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Parken ein bisschen kompliziert, aber okay :-) In der Nähe gibt es 2 brauchbare Restaurants und einen für Kinder geeigneten Strand. Ansonsten direkt im Ort nicht wirklich viel zu erleben, wir sind relativ viel mit dem Auto unterwegs gewesen.

Great Property

All good. The villa is great and the pool is very nice. The garden is well kept, but because of the number of plants and pond it does attract mosquitoes later in the day. Overall though I would recommend.

Better than the pictures

Very nice appartment, especially the annex. The pool is in good condition and there is even a diving board. Travelling with small kids you should notice that the pool is 2 meters deep everywhere and there is a lot of stairs between appartments and yard.

Das Haus war genau wie im Inserat beschrieben Lage zum Meer (100m) stimmt genau Hausbesitzer extrem bemüht, dass alles funktioniert Tägliche Poolreinigung Sogar der Grill wurde nach Benutzung gereinigt und wir bekamen auch die Grillbriketts gestellt Extra Kinderbettwäsche gab es auch Also echt Top

Charming villa

We enjoyed this charming villa. It’s well kept garden provides great privacy. The pool is great! It was hard to decide most days on pool or the beach. Once you arrive, you won't need a car. Store, 3 great restaurants and the public beach are all a walking distance. In the evening you can take 30 min drive to Kotor or Herceg Novi, for site seeing. Great place fir a vacation. You wont regret it.

Perfect little villa for a quiet getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The gardens were absolutely beautiful. Lillian was very helpful during out stay. Nothing was too much trouble. There are places to eat within walking distance and even more just a short drive away. The grocery store at the end of the road stocks all of the essentials even if it is slightly more expensive than the bigger supermarkets in some of the nearby villages. The location of the villa provides easy access to the main road so getting out to see the amazing scenery in Montenegro was no problem at all. Without having to contend with the heavier traffic around the cities. All in all we had a fantastic time and would really recommend this perfect little villa.

What a beautiful place!

The villa totally lived up to the description and the reviews, and the surroundings and views surpassed all expectations. Lillian was incredibly kind and helpful as a host - we are used to staying in houses or villas where you’re absolutely left to your own devices, so having Lillian next door, or in the garden keeping an eye on the plants every morning meant we could tap in to her knowledge of the area and what to do/where to go! Hiring a car for 2 days was great, and again, Lillian was really helpful in organising this and arranging the drop off and collection - and it was such a treat to be met at the airport and not have to sort out car hire or directions after an early start (and in 34 degree heat)! If you do go without car hire, I would recommend getting a car for at least a day to get to bigger (cheaper) supermarkets where you’ll get fresh meat etc, and to do some driving around the bay to see other towns and stunning views! Despite acquiring a gazillion mosquito bites while there, the pool and villa were lovely to spend time in. The pool was great for my 7 year old, the absolute perfect temperature in the August sunshine - you do need to be a confident swimmer with there being no shallow end - but he loved jumping off the board and it’s a good size for a family of 3/4. Tramontana bar across the main road has good food at good prices, and the beach (including the really low cost loungers and umbrellas) at Morinj is fab - as was paddle boarding in the bay: what a lovely memory that is for us all. We’ve left the number for a contact to hire boards from Morinj in the visitors’ book. All in all, we loved our trip both to Montenegro and the villa - as someone else said in their review, the only reason we might not be back is because there’s so much of the world still to see. But if we are ever in Montenegro again, we’d stay here in an instant.

Excellent séjour !

La villa est extra : de très grande qualité et de grand confort , encore plus jolie que sur les photos. La piscine et le jardin sont également magnifiques (dommage qu'il y ait des moustiques). La location est située dans un village tranquille (loin du tumulte de certaines villes). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Lilian. A conseiller pour découvrir les bouches de Kotor !

A great holidat

The property is in a fantastic location. We decided. It to hire a care. It was way to get around using public transport. Perast, Risan and Kotor as easy to get to and worth visiting. Morinj is small with a beach and lovely local restaurants. The villa is superbly located. The pool was great, WiFi works well and the villa is spotless. Would highly recommend. The new annex was great meaning that two couples can comfortably stay here.

Tranquil and beautiful

Three of us had a lovely time staying at the villa. The garden is absolutely stunning, the scent of jasmine was incredible and having the pool to cool down in was fantastic. Be aware the pool is deep with no shallow end but it’s big and sparkling clean. The house was clean and well equipped, washing machine in the garage we could use and decent kitchen. BBQ was used a few times and an outdoor fridge for drinks by the pool which was handy! Owner was very helpful and Answered all our questions. Parking is easy too and the location is fantastic - 2 mins from the beach, two good restaurants and shops. It’s a perfect spot away from the cruise ship crowds at Kotor and well located for day trips. We would certainly stay again.

Great place to stay in Bay of Kotor

We received a very friendly welcome by Lillian and she was always available when we needed her. The house was very clean, with a cosy living room area and comfy bed. There was also a nice outdoor seating area with BBQ. The garden and pool areas were impeccable - great spaces to relax in. We stayed with our 9 month old - high chair and cot were provided, which was really useful. The location of the house is superb, with shop, restaurants, and beach in close walking distance. Thank you for a great stay!
