4* listed house, on one level of 130m² located in the center of Mornac sur Seudre (listed village).
You can accommodate 8 people in this recent, modern, very bright house equipped with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is fully fenced located in a quiet cul-de-sac. You can park your vehicles safely.
The accommodation
The entrance opens onto the large living room. The latter is distributed as follows:
- A dining room with a large table for you to eat.
- A fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, induction hob, kettle...
- A living room with large comfortable sofas, television, board games and internet (fiber).
This large living room is surrounded by bay windows overlooking the outside, in particular on the tiled terrace with large parasol (garden in progress) on which you can eat and enjoy your holidays in peace.
Outdoor furniture available and barbecue.
A separate toilet is located in the entrance.
The sleeping area is served by a corridor in which you will find a bathroom (shower), double sink, hairdryer.
Following the 4 bedrooms:
- A bedroom with a 160 cm bed
- A bedroom with a 150 bed
- 2 bedrooms each with two 90 cm beds.
Finally, a second bathroom (shower) double sink, towel dryer.
Separate toilet.
The garage will allow you to store your bikes. Beach games available.
The Mornac centre is a 5-minute walk away.
You will find many restaurants (speciality mussel eclade), mini-market, craftsmen, cafes and many activities in the summer.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with an extra charge as well as the beds made. Duvets and pillows available
WIFI is available, pets are not allowed. Smoking is forbidden in the property
Nocturnal disturbance is punishable by the intervention of the police. Internal rules requiring calm in the Residence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

PLEASE NOTE: any arrival after 20:00 and until 22:00 will be charged an additional 30€ on site. FROM 22:00 to 00:00 the arrival will be charged 50€ additional to be paid on site. No departure before 6:00 in the morning.
From 6:00 am to 8:00 am any departure will be charged an additional 30€.
