Relax and unwind at this gated horse farm 10 minutes from the World Equestrian Center, 3 minutes from HITS and a short drive to Ocala or Gainesville. Centrally located for easy access to The Grotto, Rainbow Springs or the gulf coast. This three bedroom/two bath house is complete with full kitchen and washer and dryer. A fenced yard is conveniently located out the front door. A walking trail around the entire 10 acre property provides opportunity to be outdoors and, maybe, make a new equine friend! Ample parking. Discounts for monthly stays.

Close proximity

Our stay was solely around the comfort of being close to our daughter during the new arrival of our grandson who was delivered at Shanda’s hospital in Gainesville. Our stay at this rental turned out to be just what we needed - from the time we walked in the door. Easy to find and in a beautiful country setting - it is exactly as listed and far exceeded our expectations. Hosts were very warm and friendly - we just wished we could have stayed a little longer to actually enjoy/explore the property more but with the arrival of our grandson it didn’t allow the time. We would definitely stay at this cozy location again and recommend it to anyone.

Awesome experience

We loved the property and the location. Everything was as it should be. Plenty of supplies and amenities. Carrie met us to view the property before our rental date. She was very flexible with check in and out. Possibly the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Already recommending to friends and family.

The home is on a beautiful piece of property in the country. It was very clean. I was a bit bothered by the water smelling like sulfur and 1/2 of the mobile home was hot at night and the other half was cold. Other than that everything was nice .

Nice stay in the middle of horse country

Nice place on a small farm right in the heart of horse country. Very clean,and hosts were available to answer any questions. It does have well water but it wasn't much of a problem. Also has a fenced yard if you bring a dog.

Exactly as advertised, wonderful property located on small horse farm. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location for HITS and WEC and only 20 minutes to downtown Ocala. Added bonus mare and new foal in paddock behind the house.

Fine if you're looking to stay near WEC on a budget

The property is clean and the host was easy to work with. The host should disclose that the property has well water and the smell is BAD! If you are not accustomed to well water then it is unappealing to shower with such smelly water. For the price paid we felt as though the quality of the home should be better. This is a trailer style home that is outfitted with Walmart type furniture and linens. If these things do not bother you then the home was clean. We will not stay again as we have stayed in nicer homes in the area for equal or lesser cost.

Very clean, lovely small horse ranch in the country. Hosts friendly and helpful. We got to see beautiful horses running and playing in the morning fog in the fields across the way. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and the fenced back yard was a major plus for our dog.

Grandson’s wedding

This place was a real gem, grandson wedding venue was 8 miles away, turned out location was perfect for me, 2 daughter & 21 year old grand daughter plenty space, ample supplies and very accomodating hostess. A lovely stay in Ocala

The property was incredibly clean and the host family was very considerate and welcoming. Even letting us borrow their ironing board. If you like horses this is definitely the idea place for you. Its very close to rainbow river, devil’s den, the world equestrian center, and downtown ocala. The only recommendation I’d make to the hosts is to put a bath mat for something in the guest bathroom because the floor of the tub is very slippery which might be a bit dangerous.

Highly Recommend ..My daughter and I had a great time, very close to the Blue Grotto ,Devils Den and Silver Springs, enjoyed Colombian Coffee they had in house too !!! It was really nice owner met us outside and asked us before we left if we can offer any feedback !

Quiet stay in the country

First time I had property ownership actually come by to check on me. The owners communicated early with great directions on locating and accessing the property. It was probably a little far for my visit to Gainesville to watch the football game but it was a great place that was quiet and comfortable to stay and the owners are friendly and genuinely cared about having a nice accommodation guests.

Perfect location and great piece of property

We were in town for a horse show for a few days and the house was a perfect location between HITS and WEC in Ocala. Owners had horses on the property (which we loved) and there are numerous farms in the area, so lots of scenery). Much better than staying at any hotel and I can't recommend the place more highly.
