Clean and comfortable accommodations the bathroom is slightly outdated but not run down and they AREmdoing renovations. They were very courteous about noise and the workstation was right outside my window. The only negative i had was the entrance from the road is a bit confusing and unattractive especially after dark, but all in all a great affordable stay. ,

We stayed 1 night while visiting Sesame Place. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. We stayed in the spring, so not sure if it would be the same in the busy summer. My only concern was the bathroom. Our tub was old and almost crumbling. I know that they are currently making renovations, so hopefully this is something that will be addressed in the near future. Overall a nice affordable hotel near the park.

Dated needs a face lift for the cost per night. There was no drinking water available. The shower curtain in both of our rooms were torn not a very good look for the price.

The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The ground floor was under renovation, so not in great shape. There were a couple of reasonable restaurants within walking distance and the guy checking us in was very helpful and pleasant. The brunch was better than the other two Quality Inns that we stayed at the previous two nights. We would stay at this hotel again if travelling by here.

The area where the property was located was good. However, the hotel room was dirty. The fridge had food that was not cleaned from the previous guest. There was a pizza box as well as a bottle of liquor that occupied the entire fridge. The restroom had soaps that was opened from the cover and was not replaced from the previous guest. There was some strands of hair and the bathroom smelled like urine. Looked like room service did not do their job. The rubber seal for the room door was broken and so the door had a gap. We felt like the door could easily be opened in spite of it being locked. We discussed all these issues with the front desk staff when we were checking out the next day morning and the staff member assured us that they would try to compensate us for the issues. We haven't received any compensation yet.

Not quality and not choice
The room was dirty. There were spots in the shower, and on the wall that made me think I had not been washed. There was a dirty rag on top of the mini fridge. The blinds did not close window which allowed light to shining on our faces all night from the parking lot.

Quality Inn is usually always great the room was clean but the blankets on the bed have burnt marks on it like cigarette Burns I don't smoke is really uncomfortable waking up in the middle of the night with scratchy holes touching my skin other than that the people are very friendly

We arrived after a 10 hour drive. The doors to the lobby were locked. After driving around to look for another entrance, I knocked on the door for 10 minutes, with no answer. Just as I was finding a phone number to call, someone appeared in the lobby and walked to the door and opened the door. It turned out that this was another guest. After walking in, there was nobody at the front desk. I rang the service bell repeatedly, and a worker finally came out. It should not take 20 minutes to get into a hotel that I had reserved. I can understand locking the door for safety reasons, but why was nobody monitoring the door? Not the way I wanted to end a long day of traveling. The mattresses felt like sleeping on cardboard. The pillows were very comfortable, to their credit.

The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. He noticed that I wore a mask, so he told me about his sanitation procedures. Smart!

Overall ok, but bad smells
This place wasnt bad. About what youd expect from a 2-3 star hotel. Sheets and towels were clean, bathroom was updated which was nice. Refrigerator and microwave though small were nice and worked well. My cable wasnt working the first day, and the person from the front desk came up and fixed it, i mentioned it might be the HDMI cable so he got a new one and switched it out for me. Worked fine after that. My biggest issue was the smell. I could tell that whoever was in that room before me had a dog of some sort, and either it peed on the carpet or was just plain dirty because the whole room smelled like dog. Also, the bathroom smelled deeply of cigars. Like someone knew the facility was non-smoking, and instead of going outside, they smoked in the bathroom and tried to cover it up with a shower or something. If youre going to be a pet friendly hotel (which honestly is fine by me) you should make sure you either steam clean or whatever to ensure the room is ready for the next customer. I know youre charging a pet deposit/daily fee, that should go towards ensuring the room is properly cleaned and odorized for the next person.
