They have very respectful and courteous staff and there facilities were very clean and most off all very quiet ... This is my 3rd time booking a room here just in the last year when I visit from Texas !!! Would recommend to everyone plus very comfortable beds

I had a nice stay, staff was kind. The room though had a couple small problems; like the light next to the bed didn't have a switch so it couldn't be used, and the plug in above the microwave didn't want to stay plugged. But all in all a great stay.

The heat/A/C was malfunctioning. The electric socket by the bed was loose and not working and loose. There were no other close outlets to plug in my Cpap. There was hair on the facilities in the bathroom . While in the shower, a staff member came and asked if I was checking lout late and it was just 10 AM. Checkout was 11AM. I have never had that happen before!!!

The front desk person was easy to get along with and a hard worker. The beds were very comfortable and I had a nice nights sleep. Other than the towels being a little dingy, everything else was very nice. * The front desk person had the cutest golden retriever ever and it made me smile. Im a huge dog lover and was very excited to see it. "

Big Bargain. Nice place.
This is a real bargain. Refrig, microwave was unexpected at this price. Very large comfortable room. Very quiet. Easy to find. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Dirty. I stayed for several days while house hunting and my room was never made up. I’m environmentally aware and don’t expect new sheets each day, but my trash cans weren’t even emptied. There were bugs, panels of the hallway dropped ceilings missing, exposing plumbing in the ceiling. Electrical not behind drywall — conduit, just screwed to the wall. The tv remote had the plastic cover over the batteries missing. They just replaced my towels when I left the used ones outside the door. I found recently that even the lowest of budget hotels, now appear to be clean with generally on trend decor. This was an exception. Maybe their other locations are fine, but I won’t return to this one.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! WILL FRAUD YOUR CARD!
I cancelled my room because it was seedy, the business STILL tried to take the full payment from my account which resulted in my card being tagged for FRAUD. So here I am, 7 hours from home with no way to access my bank. Awesome! On disabilty and broke. Do NOT trust this hotel! If there was lower than 1/2 a star I'd give them -100. Be vigilant folks...

My partner and I had to leave our apartment for a few nights because of a mold situation and the owner and staff were very accommodating and friendly. 2 out of the 4 nights we re-purchased the room that morning. The owner was kind enough to let us have the same room, no questions asked. The only complaints I have are the TV service and internet were slow. Wonderful hotel and excellent stay overall.

You get what you pay for, we just needed a place to sleep. The bed was comfortable. The door was not secure when closed and locked. Room smelled of cigarettes, then we discovered roaches when we awoke. DISGUSTING. Never stay at an OYO again.

I am used to staying in hotels that are not in the highest tier or probably don't even make it on a scale to be rated and I have never stayed in a place this bad. My husband went to check in, took forever, and came back reeking of tobacco smoke. We parked, entered the hotel-we did not need a key to enter and then the smell of smoke about knocked us over. Entered our room...I would definitely say that it was a non smoking room but the smell of smoke was still very pervasive in there and we and all of our stuff reeks. I killed two cockroaches within five minutes. There was no secondary locking system on the door. We stayed because it was late, we were exhausted, and didn't want to try to find another hotel. The bed was comfortable though. I think if it hadn't been for the stench it would have been fine but they should not advertise as having any non smoking rooms.

Stayed here for the Morton Pumpkin Festival. The room was an early eighties decor and a broken recliner in the corner. The bed was a bit hard. But I was here just to lay my head fro a few nights. The manager was an absolute gem. I needed tea, because my stomach doesn't handle coffee well. He went into the back and pulled tea from his own reserve and gave it to me. This was the icing on the cake for great service.

Lamp was broken. Only had 1 light besides half a bathroom light. Only 1 available outlet that was behind the mattress so had to pull that off bed so i could plug my phone in. Smoking room with no ash tray. No hair dryer, no in room coffee pot.

Got what I paid for
It was okay for a 2 star hotel. Older property with older fixtures. Basically clean. Service was adequate in regard to room cleaning. Lack of plug ins was disappointing. It was quiet. For under $50 a night, it was a good value. No frills. A single coffee pot in the lobby.

The bed and the chair in room were nice. There was a odd smell to motel. The carpets had seen better days and there rolls for replacement piled in hallways. The cost in room was low but so was the maintenance on rooms.
