Ideally located close to the start of the slopes and shops.

It consists of an entrance with separate toilet, shower room with washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, a dishwasher, a multifunction combined oven/microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.

The beds are distributed as follows:
- A small bedroom closed by a sliding door with 1 double bed (140x190). It is equipped with a TV.
- A sleeping area in the entrance with 2 bunk beds (90x190).
- The living room with a double convertible sofa.

The Alpages I residence is located a stone's throw from the resort center, at the entrance to the Crozats district. Close to the station's lively street, shops, restaurants. Easy access to the heart of the resort thanks to the public passage just in front of the residence (escalator for the ascent and steps for the descent).
