Villa Amelie is located in Moščenićka Draga, along the road that leads directly to the beach. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is designed for 6 guests.



The interior of the villa is 230 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a stylishly decorated space for socializing, cooking and dining. The modern kitchen with island has everything you need to prepare meals that can be enjoyed in the dining room, which overlooks the nearby forest. When you want to relax after dinner or enjoy family movie nights, the living room welcomes you with a large corner sofa and satellite TV. The room is very light and airy, which contrasts with the darker tones of the furniture and walls. All rooms are air conditioned.



On the 1st floor of the house, designed for relaxation, there are 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds for maximum comfort. The bathrooms are equipped with hydromassage showers, bathrobes, towels, hairdryers and toiletries. Underfloor heating is available in all rooms on the 1st floor.



Villa Amelie offers 2 wellness areas - indoor and outdoor. Next to the heated outdoor pool you will find 6 sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing and a mini lounge area ideal for your morning or afternoon coffee. Inside the villa there is a relaxation area with a Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, sun loungers and an indoor lounge area. The courtyard of the villa overlooks the forest, and since the property is fenced, you can bring your pet with you. Private parking for 2 cars is also available on the property.
