Guest will be able to go straight to their room unlocking their door from their phone or with a 4 digit code. We are happy to hear the room was very clean! thank you!

We would have addressed any of the issues you mentioned above or would have made accommodations if there was an issue with the room, we have no notes of this but will audit the room. We strive to provide clean rooms with premium bedding options for an affordable price. Had we have been made aware of the above issues, we would moved your room, sent in housekeeping and make any reasonable accommodations we could possible make. There where no additional fees charged you your account. Just the agreed upon booking amount with the reservation details. Hi Valued Guest, Unfortunately, we are at fully occupied on your specific dates of stay and we could not accommodate you to a lower floor. Had we known you needed a ground floor sooner, we would have accommodated. When we are fully occupied, we have to make sure the correct guests are checking in to avoid over bookings.
