Room was extremely nice- nice sitting area, comfortable bed and all spotless!!! Everything worked perfectly. Nice breakfast and other Libby amenities! I recommend this facility highly!

By far the worst hotel I have stayed in. First night wind blew through the air conditioner creating a high pitch noise. I was unable to sleep at all. It felt like I was in a wind tunnel. Second night, people in room were very load even past the quiet hour. At one point, they were so loud that they woke up my deaf child. He could feel the vibrations coming from their room.

Our room was close to the lobby. We had noise through most of the night from outside our room and the floor above us. Otherwise, our stay was excellent.

we got a suite with 2 queens and a sofa bed. we stayed for about a week and averaged finding about 4-5 bugs in our bedroom. some 10-12 year old boy that was staying at the hotel called us slurs. staff never really checked on us or asked us how we were doing the entire week we stayed there for. breakfast was pretty good, the pool was nice. the girls did say they had a creepy old man staring at them while they were swimming and he was in the hot tub. our stay in amoses lake was BEAUTIFUL, the hotel… not so much but could see improvement! i also never received my deposit back and we left the room pretty spotless except one trash bag we couldn’t take back with us (they have access to dumpsters and we do not). hope this helps with your hotel search!

Overall, the hotel room was satisfactory despite some noise disturbances. The amenities and service were up to standard, but the noise level from upstairs impacted the overall experience.

I liked that I was able to book a room when I found the Fairfield was sold out. I didn’t like that after I was settled into my room, the Wingate desk clerk came to my room and asked if I’d downgrade and move to another room so a family could use my larger room. I was told that when I checked out, I would be refunded $15 for each of my two nights stay. When checking out I was told by the morning desk clerk that refunds for my room downgrade weren’t available for my stay. I was made to feel as if I'd been tricked in to the change of rooms. I also didn't like that the carpets were unkept. The hallway rugs seemed very dirty, almost greasy, and the room entry way was about as bad. The little bars of soap smelled bad enough that I went to Walmart and purchased a bottle of body wash that I used before I was able to get into the nearby Fairfield by Marriott Hotel.

Upon entering our room, it was evident that the carpet hadn't been vacuumed properly, with noticeable crumbs and debris scattered about. Additionally, the bathtub didn't drain well, leaving me standing in ankle-deep water during my shower. However, the staff were polite and accommodating, and the breakfast provided was sufficient. It's a good budget option for those looking for a simple stay. We will give it another try and see what happens!

Featured a hot tub which was broken. Also featured Wi-Fi which was very weak. Our bed had a dip/hole in it and the breakfast was mediocre. The staff was nice though.
