'The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping were so nice especially Suzanne. Reception was terrible, don’t have the basic of hospitality and how to be welcoming or of help with situations. In general, if you want to be around old down town and see the real Alexnadria, you can benefit from the location but rather than that, it is not the best place to enjoy a good, comfy and quiet stay. '

'Outstanding location with amazing personnel and wonderful facilities! I enjoyed my short stay of 2 days and will definitely stay here soon again. Due to my hectic sked I was booked friday thru sunday but only used the hotel for a couplr of hours sleep.
