Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk, de kamers zijn schoon en het ontbijt in het restaurant beneden is onbeschrijflijk! Verse foccacia, zalm, perfect gepocheerde eieren.... alles klopt. Ook de ijssalon heeft lekker ijs.
Het hotel ligt aan de weg. Super makkelijk omdat de bus op 2 min lopen stopt. Het strand is op 1 minuut lopen, maar daarvoor was het weer nog te koud in maart. Wij hebben ons 4 dagen koninklijk gevoeld! '

'We enjoyed our day at this hotel. It was our first time to Malta and it was reasonably central to everything we wanted to do. It is rather noisy depending on where your room is of a night with lots of activity occurring underneath in the streets below by a younger generation. having said this, it did not deter from our holiday. Excellent customer service and breakfast inclusion was a bonus. Also, airport bus stops out the front across the road.'

"It was a great stay. The resort is beautiful and offers everything that is needed. Staff is always willing to help and the restaurants are very good. A special thanks to the manager Sunny for his warm welcome and hospitality. "

The view is beautiful and the food at the buffet is good and with a lot of options, as well as the cocktails and other drinks, even the ones in the all inclusive. Our room was spacious and the pool areas are nice and cool. There was limited entertainment, just live music in the evening. The airco in our room wasn't very efficient. The service at both restaurants was not great. In Juniper they were very nice, but slow. In Ombre the waiters were kind, but one of the evening hosts was not nice and even rude. At the reception it also varied. Lara was amazing welcoming us and always greeted us with a smile, but other people were less helpful and kind. When we asked for an extra bed for our son, the only one that was able to find a solution was Pepa, who was in charge of cleaning our room and did an excellent choice. In general it was a very good stay, but there are a lot of things that can be easily improved. "
