Padstow is walkable. We took the longer coastal route, 6 to 8 miles depending which path you take. Coming back, we took the shorter 2 mile-route across the fields.

'Beautiful place , which is near town , also had little extras like fresh milk , chocolate and sweets in the room , also breakfast had so much choice including fresh fruit and cereals ,and full English , plus we also had a cream tea with jam and cream to have for later , the host were a lovely couple, will definitely return xx'

The accommodation was a great price in nicely finished rooms with a pub downstairs, walks, bike rides and shopping on your doorstep.
There's not much parking with the pub. You have to be lucky to get one but there's plenty available in town very close to the pub.'

"The location can not be beaten, right on the beach of Portcothan Bay. This is one of these places you're kids will remember when they grow older "the time we stayed in the house with all the stuff found at the beach". It has great summer, beachie vibes and Jane is a lovelly host. Its a long way from where we usually live otherwise this would become our favourite weekend spot for sure "
