'Such a lovely, clean and comfortable place. Right from the friendly welcome by Matt through to the personal attention and friendly goodbye by both Mel and Matt, our stay was to write home about! Comfy room with all amenities and the breakfast!!! Cannot be beaten! Matt was always willing and able to give lots of advice re tourist sites, restaurants, etc. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the beach and Boscombe Pier with lots of restaurants and activities for young and old. No doubt we'd stay...

Key code entry gives more flexibility as to arrival times, which suited us as we were spending the day and having dinner with friends so didn’t arrive till late. Brilliant one night break, will return without a doubt, and have already recommended to friends.'

'Very politie and helpfull people at the desk. Older hotel but very clean and cool interiour. The rooms are big and the Location is perfect. Close to the pier. Parking available at the other side of the Street for 11£/night. Would recommend'

'Staff were really welcoming and helpful. We ate in the restaurant, and although there was no children's menu, they were very accommodating with my daughter to make her a half portion of a main. The room was lovely and spacious, with a very comfortable bed.'
