'Staff was friendly. Check-in process was smooth. I was in town for a couple of days for job training. I did not have time to inspect the room after checking in as I had to leave for training shortly after. I booked a non-smoking room, but upon entering, the room smelled like it has been used as a smoking room. Why does a non-smoking room have a comforter that has cigarette burn holes... Overall, the linen was not clean. Both units to the right and left of me had guests who were smoking......

Our room was not cleaned well prior to our arrival because there were hairs in the shower and behind the faucet. Our feet were black from the dirty floor. We were visiting our son who recently moved there so we probably won’t choose this hotel for our next trip.'
