'We arrived late in the dark due to several plane delays. We were able to communicate these changes with managers. They were fast to communicate going up and beyond to help navigate our arrival. In addition, they spoke with our car rental group to let them know our situation. We did not have a chance to eat after being in airports over 7 hours.
