Beautiful Winnipesaukee Adorable Cottage and Bunkhouse for 10 Lovely Sunsets

An amazing setting for an adorable cottage plus guest house. Gather your nearest and dearest and get ready to head up to the lake! Once you step out of your car and take that first breath of vacation-air, you'll feel instantly relaxed and ready to start your adventure. The 3 bedroom cottage offers lovely new furnishings (bed sizes listed are accurate and differ from some of the photos) and wonderful views. The floor plan is a split design with the master bedroom on the opposite side of the house from the 2 guest rooms. There is also a sunroom for relaxing and watching TV or challenging your vacation mates to a rousing board or card game (smack talk not included). Imagine waking up and meandering out to the deck to sip your coffee while listening to the waves rushing the shore and watching the ducks swim by. In the evening, you'll find yourself gazing out to the beautiful colors of the twilight sky as you reminisce about the days adventures out on the lake or exploring everything the Lakes Region has to offer. If you fancy a dip on those hot summer days, the stairs down into the water from the dock will lead you to some of the clearest, sand-bottom shorefront on the lake. The dock will accommodate a boat up to 20 feet in length. Do you love vacationing with others yet need your own space? Just call dibs on the bunk house! It offers a queen and two twin beds and is just a short walk across the driveway from the main house. New for 2024: A washer and dryer has been added and a/c units in the living area and one of the king bedrooms. Sorry, the fireplace is off limits and can't be used. Max: 5 cars.
LINENS: Please note: Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $250. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
