Onze Lake House met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers bevindt zich op Curtis Lane (vernoemd naar onze grootvader), een kleine weg in een afgelegen gebied van Moultonborough Neck (het hart van Lake Winnipesaukee). De opties zijn onbeperkt! Cruise op de MV Mt Washington, op uw eigen boot of op een lokaal gehuurde boot, Waverunner of kajak; Woon een Nascar Race bij op New Hampshire Motor Speedway; Koopjeswinkel in de winkelcentra North Conway / Tilton; bezoek Prescott Park in Portsmouth, Storyland of Water Country; speel minigolf, bowl of rijd met go-carts op Funspot; berijd de waterglijbaan op Weirs Beach; bekijk een film in Gilford of een liveconcert in Meadowbrook of in een dorpsgazebo in Wolfeboro / Alton Bay. Woon een Craft Fair bij met lokale ambachtslui in Alton Bay, Wolfeboro of in Gunstock; Wandel door uw achtertuinbos; Dutje op je dock / deck; Zwem aan je waterkant (spring van je vlot); Vis van je dek af; Geniet van ijs / speel bordspellen / lezen / puzzels. Het huis is goed uitgerust en biedt een spectaculair uitzicht op het meer en de bergen. Een groot dek loopt over de lengte van het huis, met uitzicht op het meer. De drie slaapkamers slapen comfortabel 6 personen (twee met twee aparte bedden elk en een met een queensize bed). Er is een uitklapbare queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer. Het dok is ideaal voor maximaal een 22ft boot en is gemakkelijk bereikbaar via de terrasvormige trap vanuit het huis. Het huis is 100% rolstoeltoegankelijk.

Lake Winn House

Property is very quiet and private. Immediate shoreline is rocky but water is easily accessed with swim ladder. Once in the water the bottom is sandy throughout the area and drops off very gradually. About 3 feet deep near the dock. Great for swimming yet deep enough to bring a boat up to the dock. The mooring whips were great to tie our boat to. We made frequent use of the many kayaks, 3 bicycles, and ping pong table in the basement. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We will definitely try to book next year.

A group of six women stayed there because 50 years ago we were campers on an island in Lake Winnepesaukee. We used the firepit and swam off the dock.

Great family vacation home

This was our 4th time staying at this vacation home and as always it did not disappoint! The house is clean, kitchen well stocked and the views of the lake are spectacular! Plenty of outside seating on the porch overlooking the lake and a nice firepit arwa for smores!

Perfect location

This is our 4th year on Curtis Lane. We love its location. It is tucked in the woods and it is peaceful here. The deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Sitting on the dock in the evenings, looking out to the lake and listening to the loons makes it a guaranteed zen place.

Peaceful week at the big lake

We have stayed at many different houses in the Meredith/Moultonborough area in NH. This house stands out as being very tidy and clean, as well as having plenty of elbow room inside and out. We only used the main bedroom, where the bed is quite comfortable and there is a view out over the lake from the sliding glass door. This area of the lake has a bit of boat traffic during the middle of the day, but is exceptionally quiet and still in the mornings when it is ideal to kayak. Finally, the setting of the house is wonderfully private, with great separation from adjacent properties. Overall this was a great choice for a week at the lake.

Very nice house in a gorgeous setting, every bit as nice as advertised. The house is also very handicap friendly, with single floor layout, ramps and handholds. My 92-year-old mother-in-law had absolutely no problems getting around with her walker.

Another incredible stay on the lake

Thank you again so much for having us at your lakefront cabin. This is the most beautiful and remote location, with fantastic views, lake access, and lots of things to do in the area. It’s also fully accessible so my mother, who is in a wheelchair, can be fully independent in the house. For these reasons I can’t recommend this cabin highly enough.

We are return renters and we love this property! It is a private lot on a beautiful location right on the lake. There is a nice dock for swimming and fishing. The sunrise is spectacular from the spacious deck. We have had the best family vacations here!

Excellent view of and access to Lake Winnepasauke

This is the perfect location for a week away from the city. This is our 3rd time to rent this place. The house is tucked away in the woods. It has all the basic amenities to make one feel like it is home away from home. Nothing beats the gorgeous view of the lake from the deck, which one can walk out to from the living room or the master bedroom. One can enjoy the beauty of the lake from the deck or from the dock. Kayaks are available and made for a lot of fun on the water. The hosts were easy to contact and were always responsive.
