'No cups in the room'

'The hotel is decent, but not for the amount of money that they charged. The pool was broken so I couldn’t use it. There is a smell throughout the entire hotel that isn’t pleasant. Most definitely in need of renovation. Breakfast was decent, but very typical'

'Warm Welcome and Personal Touch Upon entering, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. The staff took the time to engage in friendly conversation, making me feel valued right away. It was refreshing to see such enthusiasm and attentiveness.'

'The first time I stayed there my bathroom was covered in hair. Passing through I gave it another try . Sheets were dirty bathroom bath tub was disgusting and room smelled moldy. SUPER cheap stay though.'

'We switched my guys through about five rooms and each one had mold in the bathroom, AC did not work or all kinds of spider webs and spiders in the rooms. Very unacceptable conditions. I ended up calling Expedia and getting a refund. I put them in the Hampton across the street.'

'Room smelled like roach spray. Appeared like someone had just left. AC was blowing hot, had to turn it off and on several times to get it going. Fire alarm was not on the ceiling, or was sitting on the dresser. Very poorly kept property. Outer gates not working, falling apart. Overall not a good place to stay. The staff was really nice though.'

'Everyone was kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean, a/c worked wonderfully thank goodness considering the outdoor heat.lol. Didn't eat breakfast but greatly appreciated the all day coffee. The only thing that I'd recommend is a list of local restaurants and tourist attractions be put in the rooms for visitors who don't really have a plan to go by.'
