'I want to thank the front desk staff Rayven she was amazing!! We arrived earlier than expected because of an cancelled travel that shifted for earlier than expected. She did everything to make things less stressful and all the staff worked together to ensure the early check in. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the kitchen area equipped which we didn’t use because we were only there for a day attending the Cardi B concert. I will definitely stay here again. '

'This was our third stay at this hotel. We had to wait in the lobby during check-in for them to “inspect” our room. When we got to our room, the floor was sticky, there were no wash clothes, no soap, and the shampoo was empty. We called the front desk to ask for shampoo, waited 30 mins and they never showed up. 'The hotel overall was very clean and the room was comfortable and very spacious. The breakfast was not the greatest, food was cold and eggs and sausage were rubbery. The breakfast area was quite messy. Noise level in the lobby was excessive at night, as people were allowed to gather and hang out and watch the lobby TV. We only noticed it because we were on the ground floor near the lobby. Overall, our stay was pleasant but I don't think I would stay at this property again.'
