We couldnt get two room keys because after we paid and checked in she couldnt give us an additional room key for my husband. 'The room was fine and the bed was comfy.
The breakfast was sufficient, but maybe not add so many spices and peppers to the fried potatoes. Many people have problems with those. We enjoyed the non-lumpy oatmeal. Maybe offer more fruit options and not just apples. We had mixed experiences with the valets. The evening one was very helpful and friendly.
The morning one, not so much. I had to actually ask him for help in holding the door while I struggled with my luggage.

'The hotel overall was very clean and the room was comfortable and very spacious. The breakfast was not the greatest, food was cold and eggs and sausage were rubbery. The breakfast area was quite messy. Noise level in the lobby was excessive at night, as people were allowed to gather and hang out and watch the lobby TV. We only noticed it because we were on the ground floor near the lobby. Overall, our stay was pleasant but I don't think I would stay at this property again.'
