However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there. The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting. All went southways however...

'Check in was easy and seamless. The room was clean and the hotel location is great. Our issue is with the staff- check out was posted as 11AM. At 9:00am we were woken up but repeated loud knocks on our door. When I went to the door there was a random guy (not housekeeping) with a clipboard asking what time we were checking out... I've never seen that in my life but we told them 11AM. Not even one hour later we have more loud knocks on our door that woke us up again, this time from housekeeping...

The location can’t be beat! The downsides: pools not regularly cleaned so they were all sandy & not super clean (not disgusting though), no one to oversee the pool areas so kids were not required to use usual pool etiquette - lots of running,...
