Volledig gerenoveerd en bijgewerkt 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers historische woning uit 1887 gelegen in het prachtige centrum van Mount Dora. Volledig ingerichte keuken, eetkamer voor zes personen en wasruimte. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid, zelfs voor een boot. Op loopafstand van alles wat de historische binnenstad van Mount Dora te bieden heeft, winkelen, dineren en entertainment. 45 minuten naar Walt Disney World via SR 429. 45 minuten naar I-Drive en Outlet Mall via SR 429 en de Turnpike.

Extraordinary home

Six of us had a wonderful stay at this home. The first thing that you notice is that everything has been modernized and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking tools, a selection of coffee and teas, and a good ice maker. All the rooms are spacious, and everything is spotless. It IS on a pretty main street so there are the inevitable loud music playing vehicles driving by at times. It was nice to all sit on the front porch and chat in the mornings and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Our host James and his wife went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable . The house was immaculate and enough room for me and my family, it was 6 of us and we all were very well taken care of . The host was available at all times . We were very impressed with Royellou House. The property was very clean and very close to downtown Mt. Dora. We walked to town for shopping and eating during our stay which was a huge plus for us. Also have some great local food fares within a couple blocks of the house. Kitchen was well stocked and the place, had great towels and was pretty roomy given its size. Definitely recommend

Perfect House

This was our family's 3rd Thanksgiving stay in this VRBO. It is so clean (which is so important to us as we have stay in other VRBO that were not) It has everything that we need. The property is in a great location to walk to town, the marina or the lighthouse. We have no need to use the car to go anywhere in Mount Dora. We will be returning!
