THE PROPERTY
Welcome to CasaSOL, a thoughtfully renovated 2,500-square-foot mountain cabin set on 1.5 private, wooded acres between Bryce Resort and Lake Laura. About two hours from Washington, DC, it is an inviting retreat for families and friends seeking comfort, recreation, and time in nature.

Warm interiors, open living areas, abundant natural light and generous outdoor spaces make CasaSOL easy to enjoy in every season.

CasaSOL welcomes children but is not childproofed. Adult supervision is required, especially on decks, wooded slopes and near fire features.

• Dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent
• Basic cleaning supplies

Guests with specific needs or longer stays should bring additional supplies.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Cell service may be limited; Wi-Fi calling is recommended
• Please observe quiet hours out of respect for our neighbors
• Store food and trash securely indoors to avoid attracting wildlife
• The wooded property is sloped and uneven; wear appropriate shoes and use caution when exploring
• Secure all doors and sliding doors before leaving
• Please care for CasaSOL as you would your own home

SAFETY & SECURITY
• Three disclosed exterior security cameras monitor access areas only; none face indoor spaces or guest amenity areas
• Fire extinguisher in the kitchen
• First-aid kit in the lower-level laundry room

GUEST ACCESS
CasaSOL offers private access and contactless self-check-in via a smart lock. Your unique code is active only during your stay.
• Cell service may weaken near Bryce Resort. Set GPS or download directions before arriving and departing.
• Parking for four vehicles includes two lower spaces at the driveway entrance. Street parking is prohibited.
• Local roads are steep and winding. Drive carefully and check road and weather conditions.
• Guests are responsible for their vehicles and safe parking.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
CasaSOL offers private access and contactless self-check-in via a smart lock. Your unique code is active only during your stay.

OTHER NOTES

PEST CONTROL & WILDLIFE
• CasaSOL receives regular professional pest-control treatments. However, because the cabin is surrounded by woods, occasional insects may still enter.
• Keep all exterior and sliding doors closed to help prevent insects from entering.
• Please notify us promptly if you notice unusual pest activity so we can address it.
• Secure trash in the bins at the bottom of the driveway. Never leave food or trash unattended outdoors or on the decks, as it may attract wildlife.
• Use caution when exploring the wooded property. Wear appropriate footwear and remain alert to wildlife and uneven terrain.

NO SMOKING
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property.
• Evidence of smoking may require professional odor removal and additional cleaning, with applicable costs charged through Airbnb.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
• Parties, events and unregistered gatherings are prohibited.
• Please treat CasaSOL with care and review the house rules and welcome guide before and during your stay.

FIREPLACES
• Upper level: wood-burning fireplace
• Lower level: electric fireplace
• Never leave either fireplace unattended. Fully extinguish the wood fire and turn off the electric fireplace before sleeping or leaving the property.

REGISTERED GUESTS
• Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight. Maximum occupancy is eight guests.
• If your group size changes, update the reservation or contact the hosts before arrival.

PROPERTY DAMAGE
• Accidents can happen. Please report any damage to the hosts immediately so we can assist.
• Guests may be responsible for repair or replacement costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Any claims will be handled through Airbnb.
