'I booked our stay with Red Roof Inn Tinton Falls because of the fair price and proximity to the PNC Bank Arts Center (from exiting the Center, walking 10 minutes to get to our car, exiting the lot and driving to our Motel, was a total of 28 minutes!). Upon arrival, the front desk was friendly and helpful and check in took literally 2 minutes. Our room was on the 1st floor, so I was concerned about noise level from above. Fortunately, it wasn't an issue. However, there was a screaming match...

'The room had no frills. It was cold as in the way it’s presented not homely in any case. It was basically four walls two beds one TV no dresser no place to put your clothes. There were hangers. The lights in the ceiling made the room feel cold.. To each their own, but I’ll never stay there again. I will say this, though in room 230 it’s probably the best shower I’ve ever had in a motel.. Powerful water flow..'

'Room service was really bad, they didn’t clean up the room at all, the couch in the living room was so uncomfortable and they don’t have a separate bed for kids. Staff was helpful and location was working for us but that’s it.'

'This was the WORST Motel my wife and I have stayed in in our 57 years of Marriage. The room was filthy---dirt in all corners. The mattresses were double but very small and flimsy and we had to sleep in two separate beds for fear of one of us fall out of the double beds and we are NOT large people ( 110 and 160 lbs respectively. We would have moved after the first night but there were no other motels with vacancies in this area.'

'Friendly staff. Room refreshed daily upon request. Excellent breakfast buffet. A little pricy though to be 15 to 29 minutes away from the beach. '

'They showed an outdoor pool online and there were no chair to sit on, the room was tiny, I called about bed size they said this is what they had available. Staff was not helpful.'
