'The reception staff was bright and caring and ready to assist with all our needs.
The only down side was that there was nothing in our room to tell us where to eat or best places to eat close to the accomodation.
Other than that I would stay there again if I needed to be in that area.'

'Excellent location - easy check in and nice big apartments. There was a strong smell when we checked in and we had to open all the windows to get it to go - probably one of the cleaning products as the flat was nice and clean.
Was ok and fit for purpose for what we needed'

'Tina was our hostess upon arrival. Exceptionally bubbly and helpful. The young lady we had upon checkout was equally as lovely. Very large, clean, comfortable room. Location is pretty good. Probably wouldn't consider it as "Southbank" as Google would suggest. But still walking distance to most things.'

'The apartment itself was clean, had a great view and is in a good location.
Unfortunately, the overall experience didn't match what we expected. Finding the parking and reception was confusing due to poor signage, and the building was difficult to navigate throughout our stay.
The biggest issue was the lifts. Only three service levels 8–44, and as we were on level 38 we regularly faced long waits. The lifts were often completely full, meaning we had to wait for multiple trips before we could...
