Great House, Great Time
Had a wonderful time in Charleston this weekend and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Mount Pleasant is an awesome area, and downtown is only 15 minutes away. Paul was a great host as well! 10/10 all around!

The property was very clean and provided everything that a small family needed for the week to enjoy staying in the Charleston area for spring break. The property owner was very responsive and attended to any need quickly. It made for an enjoyable stay in a home away from home!

Cozy and Comfortable House near all Charleston Attractions
The house was clean, comfortable well supplied with towels and paper products. Loved the YouTube TV and watched games of March Madness. The location on Mt Pleasant was very convenient to visiting Boone Hall Plantation, Magnolia Gardens, Patriots Point, and certainly all the attractions in Charleston. The house is also a short ride to the beach on Isle of Palms. Shopping and Restaurants were nearby as well. We highly recommend this house to those vacationing in the Charleston area.

Short visit
We came into Charleston for a family event. Even though we didn’t spend much time at the house (basically to sleep) it looked to have everything anyone would have needed. The beds were comfortable! We did use the pack & play for our 18 month old. Couldn’t find a sheet for the pack and play but used other sheets and worked out fine. So if you plan on using the pack and play may want to bring a sheet.

Rocking location
The property was great. The kitchen had everything you needed to do some hardcore cooking! Paul our host was very fast at getting back with answers to all of our questions. It was a seamless checking in and out process. Very close to shopping, Charleston and beaches. My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay.

Good value and location in Mt Pleasant
Five adults enjoyed our stay in the Charleston area in this well-located, smallish 3BR. We slept well in the beds and the kitchen was well stocked. It's an older home with renovations and suited our needs. Only downside is the "dining room" table is in the screened-in porch which wasn't suitable for our late December stay. Bringing the table inside was functional but cramped. Super easy check in/out. Good value overall.

Nice place to stay with easy access to the beach.
We brought our bikes and rode them on Isle of Palms. This was great fun! The house was really nice and all the amenities worked really well for us. The neighborhood was very quiet. We are considering staying again in the near future.

This home was perfect! Clean, well equipped, quiet, private, close to any restaurant or retail outlet you could ever need. Super comfortable beds and plenty of towels etc. Owner Paul was an excellent communicator and host. Highly recommend!

Cute little beach house
We enjoyed our stay at this house! Great location, close to Target and had a lot of the things that you normally have to buy when going to a VRBO (laundry detergent, paper towel, TP, garbage bags, spices) All of that was an added bonus! Quiet neighborhood and close to major roads to get you to tourist attractions in the area.

Great Beach Cottage

Very nice place. Located in a quiet neighborhood off one of the main roads. We enjoyed watching the rain on the screened in porch. The kitchen is a really nice size and had a lot of the essentials we needed (including a good selection of spices). Super close to restaurants and target if you forgot anything. It is only a 7 min drive to the beach too.

Very nice stay - 5 nights including the weekend. We were there to attend a family event. This property is in a great location - corner of Rifle Range Rd and IOP Connector. Everything we had hoped for and exceeded our expectations.

This house worked well for our tennis tournament in Mt Pleasant. Central location, clean, comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood is quiet and the HVAC system is very quiet.

Great location with plenty of space for three couples. Enjoyed the proximity to shops, beach, plantations, and Charleston! Kitchen was well equipped and screen porch was a wonderful bonus.

The house was so convenient to Sullivan's Island/Isle of Palms and downtown Charleston. It was as described. The screened porch was so inviting. Four adults were very comfortable relaxing after long days of taking in the sights and wonderful cuisine in the area. I would definitely stay again if I am ever in the area. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location of the home is absolutely perfect- SO close to IOP and the Towne Center. Easy to get to and from downtown Charleston and other surrounding areas. Paul is a great property manager and was always very responsive anytime we needed anything. The beds were all very comfortable and the house was clean- everything you need for a stay!
