Onlangs bijgewerkt herenhuis in een wenselijke en rustige buurt langs Shem Creek in Mt. Pleasant, SC. 3 slaapkamers, 1 complete badkamer, 2 halve baden. Op loopafstand van Shem Creek Pier, bars / restaurants, kajakken en paddleboarden. Slechts 7 minuten naar het centrum van Charleston met uitstekende restaurants / bars, winkels. Slechts 10 minuten naar het strand. Deze woning zou zeer meegaand zijn voor mensen die op zoek zijn naar vakantie, werk, bruiloften, buitenactiviteiten, winkelen, uit eten gaan of uit eten gaan. Slaapt comfortabel 6, maar er is ruimte voor een extra queen size luchtbed in de slaapkamer voor een totaal aantal slaapplaatsen tot 8-9; gasten om hun eigen persoonlijke luchtbed te bieden. Pack and Play op aanvraag beschikbaar. Reserveringen die minder dan 3 overnachtingen aanvragen, kunnen worden overwogen en worden aangemoedigd om een aanvraag te verzenden.

Excellent location

This property wss perfect for a family vacation...nothing was mkre than 20 minutes aways most places were less than 10...very clean property and kitchen and laundry room was well equipped with everything you need....had an amazing experience!

Great Spot

We were in Charleston to tour the college with our teenage daughter and 2 sons. This house was in the perfect location to not only Downtown Charleston, but to Isle of Palms and Shem Creek. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and fit our family perfectly. Kitchen was outdated but functional. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is very clean and charming. It is supplied with all your basic needs to get your vacation.

The owners provides coffee supplies which is a very simple but thoughtful gesture. Especially for a coffee drinker. The house is stocked well with towels and linen. I felt comfortable and safe there. It is also a very convenient location with many things to eat and do less than a mile or two away.

Condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to all Charleston attractions. Property was very clean and comfortable. The only disappointment were the pots - they were very old, dirty, and burned. We could not cook any meals. Recommend investing in some new cookware. Other than that we were pleased with our stay.

Convenient location, needs general upkeep

Upon first glance the place is great. Good location, provided basic needs, and cute. We had six ppl in the house (4 adults and 2 kids) and was enough space for the time we spent inside. The longer we stayed there were small things we notice needing addresses such as loose hardware, shed falling apart, door stoppers not efficient. Parking was small but we managed to fit one suv. My favorite location in the house was the master closet which has a platform my kids made a bed on. Overall house clean just needs basic maintenance which if was lived in would be noticed. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

Great townhome. Nice location!

Our group of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Well stocked kitchen and linens. Nice neighborhood conveniently located for both Isle of Palms beach ( no restrictions… Unlike Sullivans Island) and Charleston. Loved the decor and layout. Parking was a little tight in the back for our suburban, but we made it work fine.

Wonderful Vacation Home

June 2018- we enjoyed our vacation in this Truly Lovely Vacation Home - from the moment we walked in the door- we were impressed- Super Clean, Beautiful Decor and Furniture. So pleased with the amounts of space for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers- each had their own room. Beds were super comfy! The upstairs with the 3 Bedrooms was so cute and cozy! There were plenty of towels! the stackable Washer and Dryer were amazingly wonderful to use- located in the kitchen closet. New carpet upstairs, Hardwood Floor on main floor, newly painted. The outside patio was nice- private. The Neighborhood was beautiful with gorgeous trees and so peaceful and quiet. Excellent location to everything! In a central location for an easy drive to Charleston, Patriots Point, Folly Beach, Sullivan's Island, Fort Moultrie, Isle of Palms and many places to eat. Located 1 block from our favorite grocery to go to daily- Harris Teeter- they had everything we needed and excellent prices! We so enjoyed our vacation stay in this Wonderful Home! And not to forget the Home Owner- she was so tentative, easy to contact, courteous, friendly, helpful and made sure we had breakfast items and coffee- so appreciate her!! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at The Groves. The owner was uncomplicated and prompt in responding. The kitchen is a bit dated, but since it was stocked with coffee and tea and other essentials, that made up for it! The rooms are bright and cheery and clean.

Fantastic time for Bridge Run! Great location and accomodation for 6 people!

We were in Charleston for the Cooper River Bridge Run and stayed at this beautiful property. There were 6 adults staying at this townhouse and there was plenty of room to accomodate us all very nicely. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and had room for all of us to sit in the living room and at the dining room table. The location is great! It is close to Shem Creek and many restaurants. Coffee, tea, eggs and toast were provided for breakfast which was a nice treat. Thank you, Erin, for a wonderful stay in your townhouse! We will be back!
