'After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater.'

'I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light. 'Staff was very friendly and and all seemed happy'

'Staff tried to double charge us. Then was rude and adamant that this was their “policy”. They wouldn’t refund us the room. So we had to stay. But it was a fight to not get charged double. The manager finally came down and blamed it on their new system. Which ok fine, but I still wasn’t paying double for a room. We will never use this hotel again.'

'We will check in at 10:00 p.m. they give us a room we went there, it's already been occupied. Then we went to front desk they gave us another room at third floor it's also occupied. Finally we wait for the room to cleaned. Hallway an the room full of stinky smell. No toilet paper in washroom. Washroom light switch has loose connection, we left the light on for all night. Very uncomfortable stay'
