'The Hydro has so much rich history and the renovation is beautiful. The restaurant is great and the chef outdid themselves with a wonderful dinner. The staff were excellent and so polite. The bar is fabulous for pre and after dinner cocktails. The valley view room was a little small, nicely renovated but the bathroom needs an extra shelf for your toiletries. Overall we had a great stay'

'We loved that this hotel is a social enterprise employing people with a disability. Warm, friendly, helpful staff. The bedrooms are just lovely. It was extremely quiet and we felt like we were the only ones there even though it was fully booked. Whilst there are fancier places to stay, you cant beat Hotel Etico in terms of value for money. Great location withi. Easy commute of Blue Mountains attractions. '

'What a lovely traditional hotel decorated in a classic style that takes you back in time. You are welcomed, not only by lovely open fires, but also by the reception and bar staff! Very friendly and helpful. Our room had fabulous views of the mountains and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets and sunrises. 5 mins walk to the main street with a choice of restaurants and a few mins drive to the attractions and trails.
