I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. It gives the rooms a clinical feel, as though you’re in an office or hospital. Third, they didn’t have a toothbrush or laundry...

'Biggest issue was understanding the parking. While the check in agent showed "photos" of where to self park, I still was confused. Signs in the garage conflicted with each other'

'Room was clean, no linens for the rollaway bed were provided. We went to the lobby to ask for it, staff seemed a little bothered but did go to 2nd level to get it. We followed him so he could hand it to us. While waiting for our food delivery at the lobby, a person staying was asking for linens as well for the rollaway bed and also a homeless person walked in got coffee from the lobby, dropped lids on the floor and walked out with a cup of coffee. 'It was a nice hotel in a fairly decent location, close to the BOK stadium. Nice & professional staff! Did have an issue with no hot water in my room and called down to front desk they offered to switch us rooms but declined as we already Lysol our room and was tired from long drive. Other than we took cold showers hotel was nice!'

'Many things about the property were not as promised. For example, the ice machine and washing machine did not work at all. Communication with the host was opaque. They sent all Expedia messages as attachments. The checkout instructions were inaccurate. I brought all issues to attention of the host but they never resolved any of them.'

'This hotel was one of the cleanest in memory and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The area was quiet and seems safe. It also had the necessary eateries and gas station for my stay. I would recommend this location if you are planning to stay in Tulsa as everything is within a short driving time and distance.'
